This will be the last time I will ever stop at this Starbucks location. I had to wait over 12minutes for just a cold cup of black coffee. This length of wait is absurd. The employees need to be mindful of the customers and the wait times on orders and cut down on all of the chatter. When I brought up my wait time with the manager he seemed to have no clue about what was going on let alone the wait times in his store. Overall this store has given me the worst service of any Starbucks Ive visited.

Drinks are great and consistent with other locations if not better than most. However, both times we have stopped here to pickup mobile orders, that we made about 3-5 minutes before arriving, we have had to wait about 10 minutes for drinks to be completed. This is not an exaggeration, this location seems to be very busy. We have been here once in the morning and once in the early afternoon.

Horrible service. After standing there almost 15 minutes I still didnt have be my drink nor did the two people ahead of me. what was worse is that the girl said they even had an extra person there this am. dont go if youre the way to work. You will be late

Nice community Starbucks - still just a starbucks, but great staff make it stand out. Gets very busy though, so if you have the app to preorder your drinks, I would recommend you do!
