Very busy place,, had person who said they were an employee, park in handicap parking space to go get them 3 drinks, my friend i was with was handicappedand had proper placard displayed, but had no place to park due to parking lot was completely full and employees taking handicap parking spot even though they were not handicapped, the employeewas blocked in by my friend. The employee came to the car and asked us to move so she could get out, said she was sorry for parking there and that she worked there and that was no where else to park. Said she was sorry again. My friend then let her out.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. The only thing they can do right is make your coffee and thats only 50 percent of the time. The management is the biggest flaw in the store. This store needs to improve the organization, cleanliness, and communication. Keeping in mind that it is a brand new building, it has the potential to be a sanitary, well organized, and friendly environment to the customers.

One of the cleanest, most well-run Starbucks Ive ever been to. The staff were pleasant and friendly; the drive-thru window and counter were both capably covered; the bathrooms were clean; the outdoor seating area was spacious and clean. A very nice place to study, too - there looked to be quite a few medical students there. I was also there doing work.

Most of the time things here are good. But theres one worker who loves to put too much peach in the tea. And when I ask her to remake it she puts a little tea and fills the rest with ice. I wish theyd teach her how to make a drink already.
