Has decent food and was our delivery go to until today. Managed to take our order, accept payment, instantly charge my account and deliver the order to the wrong house. Normally Id just blame the shady neighbors for accepting someone elses order (And Ill be dealing with them) but I called the location two and a half hours after my order and they said "its en route to be delivered." Not that they had already delivered it. A third phone call three hours after ordering and five minutes into the call they admitted they took it to the wrong house, and offered to redeliver it, no apology, nothing. After waiting ten minutes for them to pretend to figure out how to issue a refund, I received a text message on my personal cell phone from the driver, stating that they delivered it to "the house with a black man who took it", which is clearly my new neighbors. Not sure if Im more disgusted by the multiple lies, the hesitation to refund for an order I never received, or the fact they gave my cell phone number to the delivery driver to text me. Never again Chinatown.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered my food over an hour and 15 minutes ago. They told me it was going to be 30 minutes. I already wasnt happy after someone very rude answered the phone and took my order. I decided an hour after my food was late to call. The lady said she couldnt give me a refund and that her driver would be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called again and she started yelling in a different language to a co-worker. They forgot my drinks too, which isnt a big deal, but I got 5 drinks. The driver did the best she could and I felt so bad for her, but the person who answered the phones and the manager were very unprofessional. I can only imagine how rude and mean the bosses were to the driver if they were so rude to me. The driver was in hysterical tears by the time she got my house and sincerely apologized unlike the manager. I hope they realize that how the treat their employees and customers impacts their business.

worst experience ever. i am terrified i will end up with food poisoning. ordered the happy family and the pork was so dried and crusty from being old it tasted like refrigerator. it had a ring around it it was BAD! even my daughter was concerned. i ate one bite and am thinking of inducing vomiting to avoid food poisoning. i am calling health department as soon as it opens in the morning!!! my daughters food was dry and tasted like vinegar instead of general tsos. gross save yourself the trouble!!!! recapp dont trust them with your debit card number!!!! i ended up with 3 yes three seperate charges from them for the one order i put in!!!! called my bank got money back reported then for fraud!!!!

The food was literally disgusting. The Kung Po Chicken veggies tasted like fish and the rest of the dish was flavorless with soggy chicken. The chicken lomein tasted like old cabbage which completely ruined the dish. The Wonton soup had no flavor. Finally, the steamed dumplings were gross and tasted bitter. We did not finish eating any of our food, a waste of $19.71. I have never written a review on a restaurant before, but my family and my experience was so terrible we wanted to forewarn others.

Ive been ordering from there for 5 years. They are always nice and if they messed up your order or forgot something for you, theyll head back and get it. They always give me my FREE stuff when ordering over $25.00 worth of food. I always get the FREE crab ragoons. Food is always fresh except for one time it taste like my Wonton soup had mop water in it, lol! But other than that DELICIOUS!

food was just warm, i didnt even get what i ordered. i ordered pork fried rice...i got pain rice, i ordered wonton soup and i got an egg roll instead. and i got my food 80 mins after i ordered it. the food that i DID get is good so far. good flavor for the kung pos chicken. rice is fine. not a fan of egg rolls so no opinion. sucks...waited so long for not the right order.

Ordered a lg bourbon chicken,brown rice with no veggies paid 11 dollars and change...when my order was ready my food had been packaged in medium sized containers and I was told that bc I had no vegetables it equaled out to be medium sized...my response was then I shoulda been charged medium price....they will rip you off and lack customer service! Deserves NO STARS

This place is horrible they got new workers including cooks. The food taste like its been sitting in old grease. The person who took my order has ni business taking orders je cursed while i was on tje phone and did not get my order correct. I just found out Great wall 1 delivers to Fort Campbell will be ordering from there next time. The food taste wayyy better.

We come here all the time. We have always loved the people working there. The food has always been good. But tonight after dealing with the new girl they hired as the driver. She was extremely rude to the costumers that came in then proceeded to speak badly of them after they left to other customers. I would never allow this at my business.

We have ordered three times now. And it has always been really good. They have forgotten to change my steamed rice to fried rice the last two times but the food was so good Ill let it slide, I am only 98% sure I asked for fried rice,but I made sure I did tonight, so we will see...... ( fingeres crossed)

Food is the least greasy Chinese food Ive had in Clarksville. It doesnt make me feel bloated. Delivery is fast and the driver is polite. Overall one of the best in Clarksville area.
