I was served 4 pieces of crust instead of 5 tenders. The manager asked me to drive back there (15 minutes) and then my food would be cold. But she said she could only give me one more tender if I bring 4 back. So I would now have 4 cold pieces of crust. And 1 tender after doing a 30 minute round trip. Oh and she said I would have to get my receipt out of the trash at their store.

Hated it so much I didnt even order anything...I live 20 ish min away and this is the third time now they have been out of anything that I was wanting. Management is garbage, needs someone that actually knows what they are doing that can actually maintain the restaurant.

Ordered on 3/2/16 at 4:00pm, fries were warm and dry, biscuit was dry, this is one of the worst experiences I have had, used to work for Popeyes, there are rules and hold times on all food products served, from now on if I want chicken its either Churchs, or KFC

Great meal. The cashier was awesome. Very nice and polite. Wish I knew her name. We were at the place on Ft. Campbell Blvd on 8/16/17 about 2:30 or 3:00 pm.

The chicken is good but the wait was ridiculous. We gave up spicy chicken to get our food sooner but several people were waiting about 30 minutes.
