Rite after I ordered I seen one of the teenage workers wipe fits noise twice with his hand then again on his sleeve ! nasty! as I watched though the window he was eating candy while at the prep station. thank goodness I could tell he didnt touch my food. . The pub burger that I ordered didnt have the carmerlized onions that it said was on there then 3/4 way though the patty want even cooked done! as thin as that patty was how could you under cook it? Al so ordered a banana split with nuts. The worker read it back to me and still no nuts on it. 4 teenage workers stranding around laughing doing nothing at all! want come back to this place! !

This Sonic is known to have bugs in the food, known to repeatedly mess up orders, and known to only have teenagers working. I went yesterday for some of their Asian Sweet Chili wings, and I saw no bugs, which is what I was primarily afraid of. However, it looked like the wings were cut so they could provide me with six wings. My companion had no complaints about his fries. I went today to grab some food before I started dog sitting for the day. I got a Fritos Chili Pie with added onions. Nothing was wrong with my order, but it was also completely empty of other customers. Overall, not a bad experience at all.

This Sonic has trouble getting orders right. My hamburger had been sitting there too long when it was served to us, and was not a special order. We had a very courteous carhop help us rectify the order but still, for any visit I take them cash only as twice before I swiped my debit card, they ended up double charging my account, and even then working with the on-site manager over multiple days, he never got it straightened out. So this location had better come under extra scrutiny by anyone who just casually drives in for their meal, regardless of the order.

Ordered a egg and cheese ,sausage biscuit , the egg was a very thin almost transparent blackish the sausage was burnt so I took it back went in the door to get it fix .........and oh my gosh that place is gross inside the filth is way beyond what a food place should be !! Then watching them make my order the cook grabbed it with his bare hands and put it in the bag ... Really you touched my food !!!!! I have heard about the roach issues there but did not believe it till now ! I expected something to run across the floor .

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I have only been here 3 times and each time I have had an irritating experience. The first two times I waited over 20 minutes to purchase one medium sluchy. And the third visit I decided to eat there and had a very difficult time. The employees couldnt understand me so it took forever to order and then when I got my burrito it was loaded so much with peppers it made me sick.. needless to say; Im never going back there..

Watch your receipts. Sometimes a discount is not a discount. The receipt will say the discount was taken but if you do the math, it was added. Just be mindful. Also, the service can be lacking. Check your bags before driving away to insure your order was peoperly filled.

Poor service. They never get the order right. Always missing things, or find things in the bag we didnt order, like a burger instead of fries in a grilled cheese kids meal. Really?
