9-11-15. Let me tell you why I gave a 2.......... I called to order lunch ,to make sure I had the right place. I asked if it was next to Publix she says yes n hangs up. Then I call right back and ask for teriyaki chicken n fried rice., and again to double check I asked if they were by gnc ? She hangs up again !!!!!!!! So I again called and asked her not to hang up on me. She was very nasty n I told her to cancel my order n Ill go somewhere else. I thought as a business owner, I called and asked for the owner she says they dont work, so I asked for the manager. They dont work. When will they be on? The English was horrible n I ask as nicely as I could for someone 3 times who spoke English and she says no English. What a shame one person will ruin this for me n who ever o talk to I will tell. The food is so good n so clean. I will miss them.

When this place first open up it was really really good. The food was always piping hot and fresh. And the customer service was excellent. But I have noticed that the food and the service is beginning to go down hill. My family ordered food a few weeks ago and the egg rolls were cold and soggy and all three packages of crispy noodles were stale.Not to mention the guy who took my order was very rude and hung up on me several times while I was trying to place my order. I really enjoyed this place but if the food and service dont improve I will be find another Chinese restaurant to go to. Also.... Plant City is in serious need of a good Chinese buffet.

I havent ordered here in a while. Occasionally I get lunch when Im on the other side of town. Last night I decided to order for my family for dinner and drove clear across town to pick it up. They didnt include the chow mien I ordered ($4) so I was miffed about that. And there was a black hair about 3 inches long clipped into the lid of my sesame chicken. Unfortunately I didnt notice until I got all the way home... Usually they are pretty decent but the whole meal was just off and the gnarly hair didnt help one bit. I wont be back.

Dont usually write reviews, but...made a takeout lunch order of Mongolian Beef (extra spicy) with Wonton Soup. Best Chinese food Ive had in a while. Soup was tasty (though I have had the Hot & Sour soup and thought that was awful.) The Mongolian beef was perfectly cooked and spiced up, very complimentary to the pork fried rice. Their spoken English was as expected, but I dont care how they talk as long as they can cook my order and make it right!

I love this place.. food is always hot and people there very friendly.. the guy and female working there always have big smile when people enter the place... I love to stop there every week to pick my food. I never eat very good chinese food like this from anywhere around Tampa. 813 chinese is best ... clean , hot , good customer service ... what do u need more .. need chinese food go visit 813 chinese food

Great dishes and cooked while youre there so it has not been sitting. Other comments that claim the staff are unfriendly is something I have only experienced a couple times here. But, to be honest, Ive experienced that type of behavior at quite a few Chinese/Japanese/Hibachi restaurants. Some are friendly and some are quite the opposite.

Great food! Great, clean, place to eat and the staff is very nice. The staff goes above and beyond to make it a great experience so I felt the need to tip them and give a good review!! If I fly back and visit Plant City, I will eat here again. Highly recommended!

This is our "go to" Chinese spot. We always order take out so I have not ever used a table. The food is properly prepared with fresh high quality ingredients. Could be the best around, definitely the best Chinese restaurant I know of. I highly recommend 813.

Rude, we received a free soda with order, stated we dont drink soda, we told no to tea and didnt even ask about water. I now remember why its been over 2 or 3 years since I ordered from here. Never again. Last $40.00 from me.

Fast service and the food is prepared with relative quality. I recommend their sweet tea and their wonton soup. However with the fact I have found hair in my food not one but two times, my opinion is wavering.

These are the rudest people Ive ever encountered. 2nd trip and no hello no acknowledgement of incoming customers. I said hello to the 2 women behind the counter, they never said a word. I walked out.
