We had a baby shower at the Puffy Muffin and reserved the back room. I can not speak highly enough about this place. Before the shower, Pam was nothing but helpful. She helped to make sure that everything was planned perfectly. She would sit down with you and just talk through all the details. When we got there, the room was set up exactly as it was supposed to be, the server was fantastic, and everyone was helpful. All the guests loved the food! Everything from muffins to cranberry salad, it got rave reviews. The final cost was exactly as expected (no surprises or hidden fees). Clean up was easy; we just took with us everything that we brought, they did the rest. I would highly recommend this place for any shower/party/brunch. The great attitudes start at the top and trickle down to everyone.

Had the country breakfast and it was amazing. Me favorite place for breakfast in Nashville hands down. Anyone that says this place is over priced didnt know anything about quality food...which they give you a TON OF. I couldnt even finish my plate there was so much food. My wife and I could have split what I ordered and walked out only posting 11bucks. This place is upscale and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Will definitely come Back

Had lunch there yesterday. Reubin sandwich was ok. Not great, just OK. Asked for Chips with my sandwich and got a pile of broken bits of potato chips, half covering the sandwich. Bread was quite soggy on the bottom. Purchased 6 muffins for breakfast today for $18.00 (really) and they were really quite bad. I could buy the same at Publix or Kroger for far less. Overall, very overrated.

Overpriced. The coffee was okay - better than Starbucks but not nearly as good as Dunkin Donuts. The cheese grits were pretty good. The pancakes were doughy, heavy, and pale, the exact opposite of the description in the menu (fluffy and golden). We got some cookies to bring home but havent eaten then yet; hopefully they will live up to the Puffy Muffins reputation.

Perfectly serviceable breakfast place; great place to take your parents for brunch, as long as you dont want a Bloody Mary to drink along with it. Decor takes its cues from every retirement community dining room everywhere, but the service is good and theres always a server swinging by to top off your coffee.

I feel the Puffy Muffin is overpriced for what you get. I brought my whole team there for a year end function and the food was cold and not up to par. I even wrote a letter to management and received no response at all. I rarely if ever go there now.

Whenever I want to impress out of town guests with a lovely lunch, this is where I take them. Love their quiche, chicken salad, cranberry salad, fruit tea and of course, their amazing desserts. Everything that they offer is delicious!

Surprised at the super short wait during brunch on a Saturday. Love that they serve breakfast till 2 or 3 and lunch as well. Satisfied my love for both sweet AND savory, breakfast and lunch foods. Fruit tea was pretty good too.

Very overpriced. $4 for an ice coffee - and thats just a plain ice coffee. I dont see the big deal about this place. Its a very "ladies who lunch" kind of atmosphere. Its Brentwood TN food at Brentwood CA prices!
