From ease of abundant parking, well laid out isles and truly fresh fruits, vegetables and a wide variety of essentials, a deli that rivals New York, minus the controlled chaos. Well informed and helpful staff. Perhaps best of all prices that are either competitive or substantially lower than all the others with only one exception. Any grocery store that turns a 3 hour full larder stocking into an almost enjoyable experience is beyond rare in my experience. Worth a diversion if necessary, in this case close to home. This is done with higher pay and equity sharing philosophy. Impressive.

Excellent friendly service. Very happy with my transaction. I live out of state in WA, and my daughter is in TN. The website is ooober user friendly. I wanted to send a gift card to my daughter, but knew she needed it now for a holiday, not snail mail.. The customer service staff was very proffessional while helping me make a purchase for pick-up. Everything whent without a hitch! So happy with Publix, Hill Center @ Belle Meade Harding Pike! Keep up the good work!

The staff is slow but friendly, and the stock is decent. However, the prices are twice or even four times what they are for basically the same things at Kroger or Walmart depending on the item. Furthermore, they consistently have things on the shelves all over the store that have expired months or in some cases even years ago. Make sure you pay attention to what youre getting.

I enjoy the aprons menu recipes. I love trying the samples. The fried chicken in the deli is overly salty. Publix is also overpriced for the exact same item thats in Walmart. I guess customers are paying for the name Publix. I love the fresh watermelon and yogurt parfait. Staff isnt that friendly.

My visit to Publix is ALWAYS a marvelous experience. Thats why I keep driving there from downtown Nashville. Your employees are all so helpful whenever I need assistance, and the bathrooms are nice and clean. Steve, the chef makes such delicious tasty treats for customers to try. Hes TOPS!!!

Nice staff. Customer Service way nicer, attending, and helpful than Krogers rude, lazy employees. My only gripe: produce. Always find onions, garlic, carrots, etc expired and rotten. And that forces me to give Krogers terrible employees my business, which Id rather not do.
