Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Had a coupon and told the person taking my order that I had the coupon - he totally ignored what I said and charged me full amount. I pushed buzzer and requested the discount. They sent someone out to look at my coupon and refused to honor it. Argued that there could be no substitutions (the coupon stated that you could subsititute the cheeseburger island fire instead of chicken). They insisted both (it was a buy one get one free) had to be the same item. That is not what the coupon said. After I left I called to speak with the manager which was a total waste of time. Then the manager tried to say they dont accept that coupon only ones their store issues. What a bunch of BS!!! They should have stated that upfront. The manager even called me back on my personal phone to give me her BS story about not accepting all coupons. I went to a different location and there was absolutely no problem. Will never visit this location again. They need to fire the manager of this location.

The car hop was super nice, very nice. Whoever took our order though... it must have been their first day. Got a chili dog instead of a corn dog. Plain kids burger was not plain. Ordered a burger with the veggies but no condiments and got a plain burger. Only received 1 order of onion rings. Tried to bill us for 2 limeades when only 1 was ordered and delivered. Golly, the car hop was very patient and extremely nice to make sure it was fixed for us (minus the snack order of onion rings that we never received). Im not from here, so I dont plan on coming back anyway.

I got food poisoning here from a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit that didnt even taste decent. I didnt eat it all. But the worst part was soon to come: my stomach churned violently inside me, as if someone was squeezing it. Ill spare the gory details, but my doctor strongly believes that this biscuit poisoned me. I spent the afternoon in the emergency room, writhing in pain. I will NEVER visit this Sonic again, and its highly unlikely that Ill visit any Sonic in the future.

If I could have gotten away with not giving any star I would have. I went there last night and I sat there for a while waiting on my food. People who had pulled in to order their food after me was given their food before me. I paid for a meal,a shake,and a large fry. The large fry was not filled up at all and it was cold. I send it back in. And when I got home my burger was crappy. Never again will I go back to this sonics.

WORST PLACE I ORDERED A LEMON BERRY SLUSH I DRUNK IT AND ONCE THE JUICE WAS GONE I OPENED THE LID TO STIR IT AND THERE WAS A HUGE PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT WAS IN MY DRINK I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER WHO WAS NICE BUT ASKED DID I WANT ANOTHER ONE. YEAH BUT DEFINTELY NO FROM THIS LOCATION. THERE ISNT ANY TELLING IF ITS SMALL PIECES CHOPPED UP IN MY DRINK

Ordered a medium butterfinger blast with no cool whip when i got home i noticed a chunk gone out of the top of my cup as i ate i found one piece of the missing chunk towards the top and one towards the bottom i was a regular customer but i will not eat here or at any other sonic again theres no doubt tgis was intentionally done

First of all I fully understand your not going to have the smartest or brightest people working at sonic. But how do they mess up the order EVERYTIME. BILLED and then rebilled then I get a birdbrain explaining to me how she screwed up. For the love of God hire better people next time pls and thank you. Terrible.

Ordered 2 corndogs and a tot.....Tots were hot and corndogs super cold. They looked as if they were cooked earlier in the day, cause the oil was just sitting on top of the bread.....Wow! I use to stop at least 3-4 times a week. NOT ANYMORE!!!!

Always an issue when I come here, going to stop coming to this one, machine is either broken, or they forget something of my order, or they take an hour getting it to me. Save your time and money and go to a different sonic

I was charged 55 cents for a cup of water that was mostly ice and then told I couldnt get a refil. Since when? Every other sonic Ive been to does refils. What a rip off. Probably wont be back to this location.

what sonic doesnt do refills if youre still sitting there ?? this one. didnt ask for a large onion ring, gave me it and charge me for it, they were cold too. dont waste your time.

Garbage. Dont eat here. Spent 27 dollars on 2 combo meals somehow. Didnt get a receipt. The food was old. Just take your money to a real restaurant.
