My wife ordered the turkey burger and I ordered the double classic. Neither of us got more than two bites in before throwing our meal away. I hate wasting money as much as I hate wasting food and I cant recall the last time I couldnt get through a meal I had paid for. Burger was incredibly dry and tasteless, turkey burger even more so. It might have been the crew on the grill (appx noon on a Saturday) but this place needs to change something soon especially for the price they charge. To top it off the staff put no effort into customer service and the mens restroom was dirtier than most convenience stores Ive been in. I hate to be so negative but this was a complete miss that needs some serious attention.

I really like Backyard Burger but wont be going to back to this location. The cashier was on their personal telephone the entire time I was placing my order. Due to them being on their phone my order was still wrong. I even corrected them multiple times. The lady in the back was very rude when I asked to have it changed to what I actually ordered. My fry container was upside down in my take out bag with the fries in the bottom of the bag. I am not a person that likes to have things all about me but I expect someone to do their job correctly. This isnt the first bad experience I have had at this location.

The turkey burger is an ABOMINATION! Back yard burgers as a whole should be ASSHAMED to be a burger joint and offer that mess. Just disgusting! And I eat turkey burgers all the time, this was the absolute worst!

Always check your meal before pulling off, they never get your order correct. Also, I observed workers handle cash then proceed to make fries without washing their hands.

Food is definitely good for a fast food place. Price is high so this offsets the quality. A standard burger, fries, and drink will run you about $10 or more.

It was probably the best burger Ive ever had. Maybe its just because Im stoned. But really, check them out. They love it when you come 5 minutes before close.
