I wish I could give no stars! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES! Waitress was unknowledgable and Food was terrible! I am a frueqenter of the Gastonia NC restaurant (which is amazing def recommend if youre in the area) and I am on a first name basis with the manager there. First off I have food allergies. I let the server know while ordering. I ordered a gluten free burger with a loaded baked potato. My husband ordered a triple cheddar bacon cheeseburger and the bacon mac and cheese. Here is the order things happened in we waited for an hour for my food. My bun was frozen my potato was so cold that the butter wasnt even melted at all it was also frozen solid I ordered mustard on my burger then was informed (after taking a bite) that the mustard had yellow dye in it which I am allergic to so they had to take my burger away (which I was gonna eat regardless because I have low blood sugar and at this point my sugar was dropping) and make a fresh one then my husband got his food and realized that he didnt get anything but a bun with a burger patty! He made her take that back. she then came back with a burger with cheese on the patty and a few strips of bacon on top of that and the cheese was not cheddar! At this point we are both frustrated so we ask for the manager. She then comes over with the mustard canister and asked if we had a question about the mustard which she then informed me DIDNT have yellow dye at all so I could have kept my burger!! We explained what had happened that my husbands burger was wrong my potato was almost Icey bun was literally frozen and Im starving. She gets them to make our food all over again which we have to wait another hour for!! By this point I feel sick to my stomach and like Im going to pass out. They finally Bring our food our again and my husbands food is finally right. My food in the other hand was still messed up but at this point I didnt care. I asked for a medium burger it was literally burnt (see pictures). I have a hard time chewing and I literally had to pick huge pirces of Grissel out of my burger while chewing on it to be able to eat the burger also my potato was cold again. I would recommend never ever going here. The only good thing about this meal was that we didnt have to pay for it.

The only reason they are getting two stars (instead of one) is because the salad bar rocks, which is the main reason we came here. We waited quite a long time for our server to even notice us to take our drink order. My son asked the server what drinks they had and she seemed to not really know. We ordered our food, the two others with me just got the salad bar and I got an entree and the salad bar. At one point the server came over and had her hand in her shirt, saying that her bra kept falling off her shoulder. Little bit of TMI. My entree took twenty minutes to come out (chicken), and then there was a bone in it, just small enough that I nearly swallowed it. When the server finally came to our table again, I told her about it and she just kind of brushed me off, looking at me like "what do you want me to do about it?" After a minute of silence she offered to have the manager come over, who offered to remake it. So we waited on that and in the meantime paid our check with a card. She brought the card back and before we could sign it, said there was a problem and she needed to get her manager to fix it. She took off with the card and we were stuck just sitting there, ready to go with a school aged child who needed to get home and in bed (we arrived at about 6:20, mind you, by this point it was 8 pm). Finally we got the card back with no real explanation of what the problem was. It is now 8:15 pm and we are finally out of here. Needless to say, we will not be eating at this location again. Seems like Ruby Tuesday has been on a decline for awhile now, as we seem to encounter some sort of issue every time we visit one. It sucks, because we really do like the salad bar.

The only good thing about this place was the salad bar. Lots of toppings to choose from. The chicken fresco was loaded down with balsamic vinegar and was very "soupy." The furniture seems to be outdated. Was hot inside as if the A/C was not on. Not to mention all the flies buzzing around. The food was definitely not worth the price. First and last time Ruby Tuesdays customer.

My grandmother and i frequent this restaurant a good bit. Ive only been fissatisfied once and i chalk that up to everyone has a bad day now and then. The salad bar is great and so is the steak and burgers. I personally stay and way from the cajun spices because they and meagre just too salty. Overall a pretty good experience.

Worst place to eat in Spartanburg if I could give this place NO stars I would. Waited a hour for food that never came out spoke to the manager, he apologies and says food went to wrong table. OK cool can we get ours? Nope expected us to wait I guess another hour NOPE walked out. And I will NEVER come back

Food was over priced and over cooked. Did not leave off cream sauce like i asked and the service was not good either. Asked twice for napkins and never goth them from the waitress. Had to get them from the person that brought our food out. Not a good experience!!!

Asked for another side because my asparagus was served extra crispy and when the team member told the manager she said "Can you take this off? They didnt like it." Maybe I shouldnt have been insulted, but I was. Ill upload a photo.

Service could be a little better especially since the servers dont even have name tags and dont identify themselves. Its very rushed and packed. The food is great along with the atmosphere. The salad bar was my favourite feature.

Very disappointed in the quality of food ask for a new potato and it was brown or than the first potato they were out of the specials that they were offering and would not let you substitute for anything or use a coupon

Got the large double cheeseburger. Asked for medium and one patty came out rare and the other well done. I guess that kinda works. The rest of the family enjoyed their food.

Food was good; but mgmt saw fit to turn OFF the ac and didnt turn it back on until noon. I dont really care much for sweating while I eat; not when its $15 a head.

Our food was salted badly and we waited so long just to get refills but overall it was ok because we were able to get a table and some of the food was ok
