Well for starters, took my parents out for dinner, ordered the loaded nachos for an appetizer, the cheese was pasted to the nachos like they sat out in the sun for hours, then, we ordered our main course, 15 minutes later the hostess came to our table and said what my mom ordered was "sold out" which was the brisket for the brisket sandwich. There was 10 people in the whole place...it was approx. 4 p.m and they had been open for like 5 hours. So, they outright lied, unless they only cooked 1 pound of brisket and 2 of the 10 patrons had already ordered it. GOOD eateries will tell you up on arrival what is not available right from the get go....not 20inutes after the order. Short story...she got an order of fries as she prefers beef over chicken and pork. Then, a woman, who was not our server brought the food. Myself and my dad both ordered burgers but at a different doneness and differ types. She set them down and had no idea which was which. I had to take the bun off to find out whos burger was whos....and she had them wrong. SERIOUSLY?? WILL NOT BE BACK...SECOND TIME WITH PATHETIC, INCOMPETENT PERSONNEL...AND THE PRICE IS OUTRAGEOUS FOR THE LEVEL OF SERVICE PROVIDED.

Decided to come here for my fiancés birthday along with 9 other family members. Called earlier in the day to make a reservation and the girl told me they dont do reservations and at 6:00 for that many people it shouldnt be a problem. We get there wait 30 minutes when we finally get seated. When we are seated it took forever for the waiter to even ask us what we would like to drink, after he takes our drink orders it took 20 minutes for our drinks to come out. When we finally get our drinks and he takes our order we sit for an hour and 45 minutes. Our waiter would come over and say "itll be out soon, itll be out soon" they finally brought out 3 plates and "extra" plates (for an unknown reason) and brought their salads with their main course. My fiancé goes and talks to the manger and all he can say is "Im sorry, theres nothing I can do, your food will be out shortly " After siting for over 2 hours with NO food we got up and left. This place is HORRIBLE!! Never will I come here again. They need someone who can run a restaurant properly and not into the ground! Nothing but apologies and disappointments!!!!

Tonight my partner and I called in an order. We chose the build your own platter. I had the smokes wings,chicken Tenders,with broccoli and baked potatoe as sides. My partner had the beef Brisket and tenders, with 2 sides of broccoli. A few things to be prepared for dining here: 1) Your wait time will be anywhere from 30-45 mins whether you are ordering to-go or Dining in especially on a friday night or weekend, and holidays. Smokey bones has a wonderful team but it is visible that they are a little under staffed. If you have the patience their chicken tenders and smoked wings are to die for. Hell I believe they smoke the broccoli to because it is DAMN GOOD. ATE THAT BEFORE THE MEAT. 2) BBQ is an art of meat. That brisket was nice and tender but bland. Through some seasoning on that brisker and give it Some love. 3) If you have the opportunity to be graced by Ms. Chance. She is the sweetest person!!! I know it doesnt do justice But HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Overall, if you have a little patience their food is worth the wait.

Worst service ever! We were there on a Monday night. There were about 10 tables in the whole restaurant. We were a large party with children and we were told to wait (understood). After that they changes us 2 times because they were separating us into two different areas while restaurant was empty. We waited over an hour just to get water. We placed the childrens order first and they missed some of the food. The drinks for the children were so bad (bubbles lemonade) that they had to be returned. After waiting another hour the adult food was cold, wrong and missing one plate. When it was time to pay, they had charged a few items that were not ordered and the waitress complained that it was difficult to take off the ticket so if we would just pay it. I could not believe it. The manager that came out to fix the ticket was rude and did not do a thing to make the person paying feel any better. Have never seen such bad service in my life. We are foodies and will never again visit or recommend this place.

My fiance told me how good Smokey Bones was and finally talked me into going a couple weeks ago. The food was great, atmosphere, everything was awesome. We spent well over a hundred dollars after the 20 + dollar tip we left our "great server". I was extremely satisfied with everything at this point and literally could NOT wait to come back again. I got up and went to the ladies room while the server and my fiance had a chat about how we were engaged and how long we had been together. After leaving the restaurant, I walked back in to grab my jacket and our same server made a sexual advance towards me acting like he had NO CLUE we were together. I waited until we got home to tell my fiance what had just happened and our night went from beyond excellent to basically beyond horrible. He was FURIOUS and called the manager. I just wanted this to be known that there is a super sleezy waiter working at Smokey Bones and I feel like we cant go back there without having an isssue.

My Family and I went there today Sunday 9/21/2014 around 12:00pm and was seated. We all ordered our food and about 1 hour passed and the server told us that we couldnt have what we ordered. The manager Lisa also told us and didnt offer any substituted items since they were out of Smoked Turkey, Chicken and only had wings and some pulled pork as a substitute. We regret that our server and the manager Lisa didnt have any other options. So we left and walked next door to the Olive Garden. The sad thing is that Lisa the Manager said it didnt matter if we were there over 1 hour and didnt care about us spending our money elsewhere. Why even have a Bones Card if you cant have what you ordered?????

Always an open table and always understaffed. Be ready to wait or sit in the bar area (first come first serve area) and suffer with the other people who do not want to wait 35 - 45 minutes for a table to come open in an area that actually has a server. Check out the pictures and see all the bar top full of dirty dishes and all the open seats. Bottom line is they are so understaffed they turn people away at the door by making them wait to be seated in a restaurant that is 1/4 full. Notice all the open seats. I only go there because my wife loves the pulled pork sammy. If they staffed the store and improved the service they could save the coupons they send me hoping I will come back.

Never never ever going back to this place... horrible service. Everyone around us even the ones who came in after us got their food and ate and left before we even got anything after a whole hour of waiting. Our server was incredibly racist and had tons of attitude. We were given dirty silverware and was seated at a dirty table. Our silverware even had a spider on it and their solution was to just take the napkin off and give it back to us. When we spoke to the manager he avoided us as well and did nothing didnt even let us finish speaking.
