Not all sushi is created equal. First rule of any restaurant.. If its served on cheap Styrofoam its not going to be quality. Sushi that is ordered at the counter should not be called sushi. The young girl behind the counter did not say anything to me. Just a blank stare. I has to initiate the order. She had the "Im only here because my parents are making me pay for my car insurance" attitude. I had to make my own spicy mayo??? Just mix white sauce and siracha. The sushi was really bad. The worst I have ever had. The rice was dry the meat was room temperature. The green tea I ordered came in a can. If there is a way to ruin the sushi idea this is it. Never again. Save your money.

Was very disappointed when I tried it for the first time today. The steak was way over cooked and I asked for it cooked rare, the shrimp was slimy and I think it might of still been raw. The whole Togo box was full of water, Im assuming from the vegetables. When I walked in I could see the kitchen threw the half opened door, about five of there employees sitting around there prep table eating there food. You really dont get much food for $10. I will stick to my regular hibachi restaurant.

The cashier was literally inturpting us during out order to talk to her friend and missed half out order even after asking to confirm things. When the other girl brought the food out she tried to argue that we ordered fried rice not white and snarled her nose when we sent the rice back to be corrected. Overall will not be dining there again food was ok however the customer service was nonexistent.

My family and I eat here a good bit. The food is always amazing but the customer service is the exact opposite, AWFUL. The kids behind the counter look at you like youre stupid and and act like they hate to answer your questions. They are also more worried about talking to each other than helping the customer.

Horrible experience. Ordered teriyaki chicken with vegetables. The chicken was so dry, it was like chewing jerky. Very small portions. It was so small a two year old could have finished the meal. Ordered two kid steak bowls also. Ordered it medium rare, came out well done. Will not be back.

Nagoya use to be one of my favorite restaurants, good food and people who worked there knew me and made things alot easier for me till they got rid of some of the staff, now they have poor Customer service. While I love the food, thats the only thing I like about it anymore.

Always good with very nice staff. To all the bad reviews due to rude staff. You ever stop to think that most places are rude to you cause youre the problem? And the one that says small portions Im a 260lbs man and I leave food on my plate...

If you like Japanese then youll like this place. Sushi and sashimi is awesome and a good deal. My girlfriend like the hibachi chicken and steak. Ive never ate in the store only did pick up but the restaurant decor appeared to be normal.

Expensive for a to go hibachi. Prices are close to a sit down hibachi restaurant. The food is typical fast hibachi, drown it in white sauce and you will be ok. Tea isnt fit to drink and drink station needs cleaning.

The customer experience is awful. Do the owners get it? You are not greeted at all and the girls are simply rude. The food is awesome! I have a 1 because the service is just that bad.
