I order my food .. It came to 21 $ I tell them to inform the driver to bring enough change for a 100$ bill because thats all I have .. They said thank you for telling us I will let the driver know . Well when the driver get here I try to give her a 100$ bill and she said she doesnt have change .. So now she has to go back (after I already waited 40min) to get the change . 20min pass and I call the restraunt to see how much longer and explain to them I dont want any cold food. The said she should be coming any moment now and it wouldnt be cold.. I said ok . 10min later the driver called me private asking me if I still want my food .. Im like of course Im hungry long as its not cold fine.. She says ok .. A lil over 10more min she calls me and says hey I didnt think the food was warm enough for you so I bring it back I said ok thank you.. I was under the impression that they was remaking it and was going to deliver it ..well 20more min pass and I call and ask how much longer on my order .. The manager says well she told me she told you she wasnt bringing it cause it got to cold . I said I thought u guys was going to remake it . The manager says no we are to busy she just not going to bring it basically making it seem like its my fault and Im explaining to him I told them about my hundred dollar bill. The manager he sounds Jamaican or African tells me its not his problem .. I worked at McDonalds as a manager for 3years and over all the customer service was HORRIBLE.. They never said sorry or even tried to fix the problem they just didnt serve me .. This place is horrible and I will never give them my money

BEYOND GROSS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BEWARE! So I call place my order difficult to say the least to even understand and could not comprehend basic English. Im told it would be no more than 45 minutes, my food arrives 1 hour and 40 minutes later I was waiting for change and the driver gave me all my change back except 5 dollars and said "for tip" uhhhhhhhhhhhh....... thats not really how It works I planned to tip the driver but I was appalled by her greedy nature, poor manners and lack of social skills I oblige uneasily then take my food upstairs old soggy sweet and sour chicken hours old at least, mush fried rice with the LOWEST quality meat ive ever seen then rancid smelly old beef low mein I ate nothing went to bed hungry after spending 30 dollars on 3 small items I tried calling back no answer , the next day I call and explain that my order was gross and id like them to come get the nasty food and bring me my 25 dollars back and they could keep the 5 bucks tip she stole from me for their time, ENRAGED the gentleman was screaming no refund and had no intentions of fixing anything for me im disgusted and a local the food is old and probably contains more bacteria than eating out of your toilet....... save your money order from a pizza chain this place needs to be SHUT DOWN !!

Well, to start off, it took them an HOUR to get it to our condo and we are down the street, we ordered at 9:07 pm at it was delivered at 10:12. The pot stickers were okay but they could use a better sauce to go with them. Also, they could have filled the dumpling more. They were pretty good. The wonton soup was not the best. It had a weird yellow-ish onions and the wonton themselves were gross. The soup entirely just had no flavor and it smelled weird. My Mom got the fried wontons, I didnt try them. She said they were okay but disappointing. The cherry sweet and sour was good, and full of flavor. The chicken fried rice was great. It had good vegetables in it and the chicken was good. Overall it was good. A couple things they could improve on is adding more packets of soy sauce and more napkins. Also I like how they added the plates and plastic silverware. The food was good and we recommend it to you.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! The food was absolutely horrible. We didnt even eat it. My daughter found small pieces of bone in her chicken. I called back not to ask for a refund, but to merely let them know we were not at all satisfied. The woman that answered the phone simply said "okay thanks" and ended the call. She didnt fully hang up the phone and I heard her discussing with another employee that "some out of towners were calling trying to get free s**t again" I then called back and explained that I heard what she said. She was rude again and finally put the owner on the phone. He then told me that I would not be getting a refund and begun to cuss me out, saying "f**k you" and "Ill kill you!" It finally escalated to the point that the police got involved! I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never ever eat there again!

This place is absolutely horrible. I dont recommend going there if you want good food and great service. I went and spent 42 dollars on food. Went home to find the chicken was undercooked. It still had raw egg from when they breaded the chicken in the sauce. Among the many other things that were wrong with my order. I called them to be told I will get no refund, and they wont provide me with any more food. The owner tells me his food is not bad. I ordered thats what I get. All I wanted was my money back, or fix the food. Owner replied that Id have to pay more money for more food. He doesnt give refunds or fix his orders. I have three kids waiting for food now because of how this man runs his business. Meanwhile I live 20 miles from this place. Im contacting the better business bureau.

The food is good and fresh. Weve come to the consensus that the food in Myrtle Beach is lacking and overpriced. Wok Express was a great find. We have eaten there twice for lunch and once for dinner and have only been here 4 days. We plan to go back tomorrow for lunch. We dined in during our first two experiences and ordered to go for the most recent. Each time took less than ten minutes. The lady who works the cash register is so kind and remembered our order after our second visit, even threw in free drinks. Quick, fresh food with quality service. We would go here again and again over the $60 overpriced, cafeteria style food that we waited 3 hours for at Paula Deens restaurant.

If I could, I would give this place 0 STARS. Usually Chinese food is pretty much the same, but this place... I ordered the fried wings and fried rice, ate one wing and had a bite out or the fried rice, threw the rest out. The food was so nasty, looking like a week old, I wouldnt every serve it to the stray animals outside. I didnt think out can mess up chicken wings or fried rice, but apparently you can. Also, this place is dirty as hell just like the food they serve. I paid $7 for a overpriced lunch special, when the best part was the free soda can! I also think this place has delivery in their name, because it is dirty inside, and they sell week old, refried food.
