This restaurant is one of the primary reasons I will be vacationing in Myrtle Beach again this summer. One night in June, when I was vacationing with my husband, we decided to stop in to Sole. It was later in the evening and we were under-dressed after a game of mini-golf and felt bad walking in to such a beautiful place, but we were received just as we are when visiting my Italian grandparents. The owner and her son are the warmest, most welcoming people. The quality of food only matches the perfection that is the ownership. The owner came to our table, and suggested their special for the night. Oh my, was it heavenly. Since it was so late, there were not many patrons left in the restaurant and we struck up conversation with the owner and her son. They told us wonderful stories about the restaurant, their family, and even walked us around and showed us family pictures on the walls. This place is not simply about the fantastic authentic food (which is truly the most wonderful Italian food I have eaten- sorry Grandma...), but about the whole experience. If you go here you will be treated like family. We cannot wait to return!

After driving for over an hour trying to find this location coming from north myrtle beach our party of nine can not say enough amazing things about this restaurant. From the moment that we called to say that we had to cancel our reservation because of an error on our part with distance... this restaurant was more than accommodating! They held our table for a party of nine over an hour after our reservation. Once we arrived we were a little apprehensive with the appearance of the front building. Once we entered we were greeted by a welcoming Italian staff that was extremely attentive to our needs. The food was AMAZING! We have traveled to Italy before and felt that this restaurant not only by the food but by the attitudes of all the employees made us feel like we were dining in the old country! Can not say enough positive things about the food and hospitality of this restaurant. They go above and beyond to ensure that all of their guests leave extremely satisfied. 100% recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to myrtle beach!

Fantastic is all I can say. It doesnt look like much from the outside. Parking is. Ot so great, but once inside the atmosphere was great. The staff was great. The food was so good, I did not expect how go it was. Were talking food out of your 90 year old Italian grandmothers kitchen good. It is not fast pace, so if your in a rush its not for you. My wife and I went without our kids (which I would recommend) courses come out slow, but we had amazing bread with oil and cheese, then our appetizer (didnt even know what we ordered, but the waiter recommended it) was mind blowing. Something with pears in it. Then a salad. Then the entree. With lots of wine in between. (get a bottle. We did by the glass, bit the bottle would of been cheaper) they are doing it right here. Wish we had something like this back home in Ohio. Cant recommend it enough.

The place from the outside looks lower class but when you go in its very upper class and VERY expensive for what it is. We are vegetarian and for pasta with no meats or anything it was close to $20 each just for the food. They are very proud of their food, but for it to be "authentic", what I make at home is better. I feel like the service went kind of downhill as the night went on because we didnt brag about the food the whole time. The food had hardly any flavor and in my opinion to have good authentic Italian food you at least need a good tasting sauce and properly cooked pasta. I will say that I liked that they got the food out fairly quick and salad and bread comes with the meal. I probably wouldnt eat there again just because it is overpriced for what it is.

Out of towners- We called ahead which was a great idea because the place is small so the wait can get long quickly. The food was absolutely amazing! It did take a little time for the food to come out but after hearing that even the soups are cooked to order, we werent surprised or let down by it. It was absolutely worth the wait! And they place at the table bread and the most delicious Parmesan/ olive oil herb dipping dredge to tie you over until the food is ready. The owners son (we think) was SUPER friendly and outgoing about his restaurant, which sold us right away. Even though they were busy, the service was very professional and attentive. It was our first night in town of seven and we will probably return before we leave!!

Frankly if I could give this place a zero I would because I never actually got to eat here. My family walked for dinner where we were meet the hostess we tell here we are a party of 5 and one 10 month old. She tells us it will be a 15 minute wait and we tell he thats fine. She says to us that she doesnt want to upset the baby, my son who had not made a peep. We tell her that he will be fine and he has his own food. She then proceeds to tell us other restaurants that we can go to (that were already closed or about to close for the night). So we left and went to Olive Garden which of course served us and were happy to have my son. The whole thing left me upset at how rudely we were treated.

Hands down best Italian food in Myrtle beach. Dont let the store front fool you! Its a Small establishment; . I highly recommend making reservations. Food is made to order the wait is quite long. However, when you get your food it wont disappoint. Thankfully we ordered appetizers. The pear pasta (I know) but it was delicious. My husband ordered pasta fagioli. He said it was so good that we all had a sample. Ordering here is not like your typical Resturant they take everything down first (so you wont confuse the cook, the dad ). I ordered the crab cakes with risotto, kids fettuccini Alfredo and my oldest ordered penne al vodka everyone was happy with their choices. We will come back!

Started out nice then downhill from there. Fiocci was very good, warm bread, thought we were going to have a great meal. Then it took over an hour to get my fettucini alfredo with chicken and my sons chicken aribata. Fettucini was way over cooked, not aldente, and sauce was watery. We overhead another customer complaining about the wait and heard the waiter tell them everything was cooked to order. If that is the case then I would have expected home made delicious food. Very disappointed. My son later pointed out that we were supposed to get salad with our meals, but that never happened. Not sure how this place got such high ratings.

Looks can be deceiving.... Yes thats true but this time in a good way. Its a nice quiet place with not too much high end decor and I was a little skeptical about going in for dinner with my family. Since its a family owned restaurant the people talks to you and makes you comfortable, decided to give it a try and trust me it was an amazing experience. The servers knows their menu in and out, everyone is very friendly, they will come and talk to you time to time. The best part is food, its fresh, its yum and authentic. Everything we ordered was just awesome, m so happy we took decision to dine in. Loved it.... Give it a try :)
