I had a business meeting at Perkins tonight. I needed wifi - and I needed electricity, unfortunately, there wasnt any outlets available near the tables, but the hostess helped me find a place I could plug in my laptop to let it charge until my client came in. The food came very quickly, and it was excellent quality. Im frequently let down by restaurants when they dont give you a big enough portion for the money, but I wasnt disappointed at all with my Tangler Burger. So big I had to cut it in half to eat it. It was great. The waitress was polite, and checked on us several times, refilled my water several times, and didnt seem impatient at all that we tied up her table for a while with our meeting. Also- the manager (Gary) stopped by, and I KNOW him, so I dont want to make it sound like Im writing a review just to make him look good - but I was very impressed that he walked around, and checked at each table to see if everything was okay - he recognized regular customers, chatted with them briefly, and left all of them smiling, and feeling like they mattered. Good work Perkins Team!

Service was OK, waitress was polite but did ask if we were leaving a tip when we were paying...awkward. Food was mediocre, edible. It wasnt bad, it just seemed rushed and the quality wasnt great. The lettuce & tomatoes were not very fresh, chicken & broccoli pasta was sloppy, onions rings were undercooked and the chicken fried steak was questionably undercooked in spots. The employees seemed miserable and the atmosphere was weird.. I could barely sit in the tiny tiny bathroom stall without my face pressed against the door that was WAYYY too close to the toilet. I almost fell over and ended up having to pee sideways. Overall kind of disappointed with this location. 3 stars is generous but good enough.

Well to start off with, our waitress was a nice old lady but she never said hi when she came to our table. Just asked what we wanted to drink, which took hmm almost 10 minutes to get. Then after she brought our food like half an hour later she brought the bill with and then never returned to our table. I had to go up to her and ask for more to drink. Not only were the prices unexpectedly high but the service and attitude was very poor. I guess thats what you get in Bradford. This town needs a Dennys.

My first time at a Perkins. When we arrived, only one person seating and waiting on folks. She was friendly and efficient. (Sim) the food was good, I know its only breakfast but it was as the menu described. The place has some locals and they are patient with travelers.

Service can be decent when you get it. Literally walked out the other day after not being seated and ignored. Other visits found the service slow at best. Its a pity because the food is good and they have some reasonable specials. Sadly just not worth the hassle.

I just had the worst breakfast I have ever had in my life. The pancakes were so uncooked that I peeled the top from the bottom and there was raw dough in the middle. Do not go here for breakfast. You will be disappointed.

They screwed up my eggs benedict not once but twice. The waitstaff was friendly but there needs to be another manager at this location because I told him the situation and he was clueless/did not rectify the problem.

Great service with great food. Workers were very professional, friendly and prompt! Food was so delicious; their Apple pie was incredibly yummy! Also, they honor our Veterans with a discount off their bill!!!
