I am going to write a strange review for KFC. I say it is strange because I am giving them five stars despite AND BECAUSE my take out order was messed up tonight. I say that because we all know what we are getting when we order KFC as far as the food goes... delicious chicken. But the people (especially the manager) earned the five stars. So here we go... I stopped in for a 12 piece meal tonight just the far side of rush time. When I ordered I was greeted with a big smile and had a coupon that the teller was not familiar with. She quickly called over an attentive manager by the name of Joseph who came and sorted it out. I ordered 3 grilled and 9 extra crispy pieces. It was going to be a four minute wait so the manager gave me a free drink which I very much appreciated. Now... when I got home, I found we didnt have any extra crispy (all original recipe) and only two grilled. Normally someone would write a bad review here but lets be honest. This happens with fast food sometimes. I called the store and explained it to Jonathan and he really made up for the error. THAT IS HOW YOU JUDGE A RESTAURANT. They all will make mistakes but these new folks working here have great people skills and communicate well which I appreciate. They more than made up for the error and I will return a happy customer. So thanks to the Myrtle Beach KFC.

I specifically asked for TWO SEPARATE ORDERS. I even said I have two different credit cards. I told them my first order, then said for my second order... Id like a kfc famous bowl with no corn. they said thats fine. I get to the window and she tells me the total is for both orders #13.45. I correct her and say its two separate orders, and the chicken meal is the first one and hand her my co-workers credit card so she pays for her meal, I pay for mine. I get the receipt back and lo and behold, she didnt change anything. She even had two cups out at first and I corrected her that it was only one drink, the one with the breast meal. She put a cup away and gave me my food. I held out my second card to even see if shed notice and wonder "hey, maybe thats why he asked for two orders". She just looked at me and I said "so thats it?" she sad yes and to have a nice day and I left. Checked my KFC bowl in the car to make sure they didnt f*** up and put corn in it, but I only had a half filled bowl. Must be the famous KFC half filled bowl. And the receipt code isnt printed clear. This is ridiculous. I arrived at KFC at 5:45 and ordered a 3 pc box of extra crispy white meat. After waiting at a booth I was told they didnt have any extra crispy chicken. They gave me a refund and said it would take 20 minutes to make. I went home and came back 30 minutes later. Placed my order at the drive through and they said it would be 12 minutes. I then pulled up. After 22 minutes someone came out and said they gave my chicken to someone else inside. It has now been 30 minutes and I am still waiting! Unbelievable! Revised. I finally got my extra crispy chicken after 45 minutes. I took my to go order home. They had given me an extra biscuit but left out the extra side of mac and cheese that I paid for! The worst fast food experience I have ever had!

This the most rediculous KFC I have ever been at. They had no darkeat just breast and wings. Ok got that and then after ordering an 8 piece bucket and 3 pot pies it took them 45min to get that to me never again KFC. Oh ya I wrote this while waiting for my food. When I got home I reliesed they also forgot one of the three Potpies I had ordered. WOW hows that for terible service. NEVER AGAIN wil I go to KFC the Manager of that store should find another line of work...

They need to fire everyone here. They screwed up the orders multiple times and the guy getting this food does not wash his hands or wear gloves and also com0pains about his job. Also one of the cooks is talking to one of there guest even though it is busy. Also it looks like the manager is hiding in the back. I have been waiting 25 minutes and still nothing.

Service was poor, very slow, I ordered corn on the cob, no corn in my bag, went back in they were out of c o t cob, had to take sweet corn. The chicken was not done and was black inside around the bones, the beast was the only two pieces out of 8 that we could eat. There were pieces of brown cabbage in the slaw. I will never go back again.

Absolute worst KFC Ive ever been to. They never have anything ready. They want you to wait 20 minutes while they prepare it EVERY TIME and EVERY TIME you wait 30 minutes or more. They also will let you order something and not put it in the bag, but they sure do FORGET to take it off the bill. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

One thing. When i walked in it smelled like sewer and then spent 60 bucks on a big meal and didnt get my biscuits. I dont have a car so wasnt going back. This place used to be my favorite now it has really gone done. Will not ever return. I just live down the road from here. Never again. The one before this was worse. So I am so done.

Food is typical kfc. A bit too greasy, especially when options like popeyes have been opening up. That said, cant beat the original recipe. Staff at this location were quite friendly and the place looked cleaner than most other kfcs.
