My daughter and I been here 5 times together,and today I went by myself. Six times in probably 3 weeks all together. We live out of town and bus here. Time 5, I could see a slight difference in consistency. However, the fries were still OK. Icecream Sundays are pretty consistently good. Today, my cheese and chilly fries were bla k on ends of most fries. A very small amount of chilly compared to the other times we been there and very little cheese. I stood up with my fries in front of the owner who was right in front of me behind his counter. He briefly looked at the black fries I deliberately displayed in front if him but too the lady with black hair who made them. We take 4 buses to go here! Two there and two back! One would think Id be offer a redo on the fries but nooe.....nothing! On my way home I had that burnt taste in my mouth making me nauseous. To the owner, please do the right thing or loose us as customers. Seriously, do the right thing.

I was very excited to try Jerks Soda Fountain! I thought it would be a great place to take my little niece who was in town visiting. Unfortunately I cant review the food because I was turned away at the door. As we walked up to the establishment we were told by a woman sitting outside visiting with her friend that she was on her lunch break and that we would have to wait 10 minutes. Super unfortunate, wish we had gotten the chance to try the ice cream but I wont be returning.

Lovely place with friendly staff, brings that nice aesthetic you usually see in the trendy areas of NYC to Buffalo. During my last visit in April 2017, I noticed they had greatly expanded their menu and now serve fries. I cant speak for the fries but the new drinks menu is good. Try the malt!

We only had ice cream and not the fries but the ice cream was REALLY good. I had the maple bacon sundae, something about chocolate covered bacon..... Yum! My boys had other hard ice cream flavors and enjoyed everything.

Quaint little establishment. They have excellent service and even more impressive low cost selections. Great atmosphere for a little break from the heat with some ice cream or a shake!

This place is amazing! They make their own soda, have exceptional ice cream concoctions, and they serve the most incredible French fries! This is my go to place for sweet and salty!
