Visited LTR with a large group. the Good: Small menu, but I almost couldnt decide because everything seemed like it would taste good. When with the chicken breast & waffles and it was pretty good. The downside is a portion of my waffle was a little under-cooked. I tried my wifes smothered chicken and green beans & it was very tasty. She took leftovers home and flavor got to sit overnight - tasted much better. The Bad: LTR could definitely clean up a bit. The floors need to swept thoroughly and my table needed a wipe down. Lastly an automatic 20% gratuity/ tip is overstepping boundaries. This means regardless if the service sucked, the waiter gets 20% of the entire bill! Not fair, albeit our waitress was very attentive & did her job well but I can only imagine other customers who had to pay 20% for bad quality service.

The menu is great and thats about all that is great about this place. I have been there twice with large groups of people. Both times the service was really slow and several orders were wrong and had to be sent back. I have no idea if the food is good or not because both times my food was brought to me COLD,....not warm but actually COLD! I didnt bother trying to send it back at that point since it took us over an hour to get our food in the first place. Wait staff seemed to care less and did not apologize. Seems like a cool place to hang for a few beers and get some appetizers, but I would never eat here again for dinner.

Extremely mediocre. While our server was attentive and happy, our food was lacking in every way. The picture shows a good presentation of the food, however the steak was overcooked (would have sent back, but was hungry and didnt want to wait) with the fat reduced to charred grissl. The grits were dry and the "baked" Mac N cheese was soupy. The Philly cheese steak was good, but nothing special. Probably will not return.

My 1st visit. Enjoyed my dinner. They have a very limited alcohol menu. No Hennessy, no Firefly Vodka. The Crown Royal and Gingerale, that I ordered, looked incredibly clear. I asked the waitress if there were Crown Royal in the drink and she yes and that the Gingerale made it clear. This initial visit was saved by the Manager removing the drink from my bill. I did leave a $10 tip because of this kind gesture.

This is definitely a good place. Theres something for everyone. Burgers, steaks, you name it. They have at least about 40 beer on tap, and some good drink specials too. A lot of people might think its just a high end bar that only the snobs go, but its really not. Its probably a best kept secret. And when its in season, be sure to eat outside, especially during the summer rains.

Wonderful restaurant/bar! Great food, spectacular service, terrific beer selection. I am very much looking forward to our next visit. The staff didnt even bat an eye at my 1 year old pushing his portable high chair around the whole restaurant. I highly recommend Liberty to anyone looking for a great place to eat, calm atmosphere, and great service. Cheers!

Brandy is the best bartender in downtown, except for me of course! Wish Dolfo would hurry up and get back behind the bar too. Hes awesome! Josh the manger really pays attention to everything and is always hands on and helping his employees! Would recommend this place to anyone that wants great service and a great beer! Overall this is still a nice restaurant where you can have a lot of fun because of the baseball stadium being so close. Since it opened it has fallen off just a little bit on quality and cleanliness but it is still OK. My advice is for the management to get more involved in the quality of the experience and cleanliness.

The food is good....when its cooked or cooked right and the service is either really great or really bad. If you want a salad, you can opt to pay an additional $2.50 or you can forfeit BOTH of your $2.50/each sides....makes no sense. Next time Ill just go to Carolina Ale House for great food AND great service!

Ive been going to Liberty Tap Room since they opened several years ago. Im always amazed at both the level of service, the vast beer selection, and quality of food. If youre wanting a great casual place to have dinner and a craft beer or two, make sure you give Liberty Tap Room a look. Youll be happy you did!

The staff is super nice, and the food is pretty good. Its not my favorite, but they definitely do a good job of having a variety of options. The chicken nachos are a go-to for me. I also really like their burger and fries. Their fries are like crisp steak fries - so good! And they make their own ranch dressing.

Something seems to be wrong with either the tap lines or the cleanliness of the glassware. 4 different beers from 4 different taps - all poured flat and no lacing around the glass. Great selection of beers but poor cleanliness. The food is still pretty good there which bumps this up to a 3 star rating.

I can honestly say that i have never had anything I didnt like and I eat there quite often. Tons of beer on tap with their own seasonal brews. Definetly a great place for an average cost date. Great Brunch Menu!! Bloody Marys are phenomenal on Sunday morning!! Watch out as they will sneak up on ya...

Great food and atmosphere. I had a burger with bacon and a fried egg. The burger was cooked the way I asked. The wait staff and greeters were all friendly and attentive, despite it being towards the tail end of the evening. Will certainly return when Im in the area.

Potentially an unfortunate instance. Practically empty bar, yet we waited 10 minutes for beers that the waitress neglected to tell us they were out of?! After ordering a different set of drinks, the waitress disappeared and I guess I just hope she is ok.

OMG Best beer in town, especially when you have been traveling and want a good cold large BEER. Food is good as well, but last visit I was totally focused on The Beer. Go, order a large, cold, whatever brand you like....ahhhh moment/

This place is great as long as they dont burn the nachos (which is a 50/50 shot). They seem to have high turn over, so service can be a bit iffy. Overall the management is amazing and the food is definitely worth it. I recommend it.

Enjoying a beer while waiting for your plane to board is a very singular experience for me, one that I enjoy immensely. This place has a good selection of beer, and pleasant ambiance. A very welcome find in tiny GSP.

I really enjoy stopping by The Liberty Tap Room for lunch or right before a baseball game. They have some outstanding food and some amazing drink specials. I love their Thursday night "Pint Night" with $2.50 drafts.

This is one of my go to restaurants in Greenville. The food is always consistently great. Some of the best burgers in town. Often, my wife get steak and it is always very good. The wait staff is always helpful.
