I really want to love the place but there are several things that are so simple yet seems to be completely neglected. Door access...the external door does not work so I have to walk around the building to get back into my room if I leave out the patio door. The card reader on the main door honour building is broken so it does not work which means that anyone can just stroll in at any time. Food...went to the restaurant last night and the key lime pie was terrible. Tasteless and did not seem to have been made properly as the sugar was still granular and it was not smooth texture at all. The second night, we ordered the rum flan and coconut cake to take back to our room. When we get back and open it, we get the cake but then somehow we get more of the nasty key lime pie instead of the flan we wanted. We try to call the front desk to explain the confusion but get cut off by the impatient young guy that answered the phone and all he could say is they dont have room service and hangs up. Cocktails and socializing...they have a very nice outdoor bar area but the hours are not posted and they never have it open consistently. We tried to check it out at 8:30 tonight (Saturday) and they had already closed it down. They have a ton of golfers in the hotel this weekend and the inside bar is so packed that you cannot get served. I have to believe that its partly because they closed the outside bar so early. I really do want to love the place because its a beautiful location and the rooms are pretty nice, but they really need to get their act together and slap the management around a bit to run it with some common sense and service first approach. For $200/night I expect a better run place and much better service.

Restaurant dhôtel, avec une clientèle de golfeurs et dhôtes de létablissement essentiellement. Décoration un peu froide et triste, mais température intérieure idéale (pas dabus de la climatisation). Bonne qualité des produits et carte des menus bien proportionnée, il y a du choix sans y avoir trop de choses. Service courtois, mais pas parfaitement rôdé (retards et gestuelle pas à 100% pro chez tous les membre de léquipe). Je recommande ce restaurant, en particulier pour son filet mignon qui est très tendre.

**Old Florida charm! We moved to Crystal River last month and stumbled into this beautiful, tropical restaurant atmosphere. We brought out of town quests and took them there for an Easter Brunch,,,,,lots of fun. Very nostalgic Florida grounds with a Classic White County Mansion, Crystal River access and there is a great looking golf course. I cant say enough good things,,,bring your friends. **

Only went for breakfast. Decent food at affordable prices. Youre bound to find something youll enjoy. Breakfast buffet was $13 and good for the price. It lacked pancakes/waffles and the taste of a 5 star restaurant, but again, good for the price. Children under 4 yrs eat breakfast for free. There was also an option for a-la-carte. The Tiki Bar had decent lunchtime snacks and light meals.

No one was sitting at the outside tables. We brought some food from winn dixie and they said "sorry but you cant bring any outside food." I mean No one was sitting there. Its very sad in order to eat at the tables by the pool you have to buy from them....sad...very...sad.... 1 star...just so people would see a rating... We will NOT be coming back.

Joy the waitress did an adequate job was bothering friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Ordered the roast beef which had a wonderful flavor even being overcooked about 4 ounces included two small potatoes, two small carrots. No sides and no bread. For $21 was overpriced. Beautiful views is the only reason to return.
