WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Received an email stating that I was eligible for a free burger on my birthday, up to $10 in value. So I showed the waitress my ID/email, and she took my order for a bacon cheeseburger. AN HOUR LATER, my burger arrived. When the waitress asked to see the email for the redemption code, there was no code. So she had the manager take a look at the email, who said that without a code, I was not eligible for the promotion. I asked if there was any way I could pay for a different item, such as an appetizer, but they were not agreeable to this. So #1, the company needs to send out the CORRECT email for this promotion, and #2, the waitress/manager should have told me BEFORE I ordered/ate the burger that I was not eligible for the promotion. Instead, I basically got scammed on my birthday. The "correct" email that I was supposedly due to receive in a few days never arrived. I will never be dining here AGAIN!!!

We ordered the pasta with broccoli and it came to us with no grated cheese on top as it always has. I asked about the cheese and the waitress didnt seem to know what I was saying. She said I can bring you some if youd like. Yes please, so I got a cup to sprinkle on my cold food. We didnt get the little garlic biscuits so I went to the salad bar for some of their little crispy bread pieces to eat with my pasta and I got three pieces and a hair! As I was going to the restroom I looked inside the kitchen as someone was coming out and the crew preparing the food had no hair nets on. But our waitress was a very pleasant young lady that kept our tea glasses full.

Been there twice in the past week and both times they were out of several items. The first time was on Sunday evening and they had a list of things they were out of which they showed us when we walked in the door. I guess thar should have been our first clue to get out but we didnt and it was terrible. Went back tonight which is Tuesday two days later still out of items but the food we did get was pretty good. Not planning get to go back anytime soon. Maybe management will get their crap together soon. Not good

This is the 3rd or 4th time, menu options were unavailable. Today, no burgers! Can you believe a place known for burgers and mini burgers has none? Waitress was uninterested in anything and just went through the motions. No personality at all. Had to ask twice for honey mustard. She didnt refill tea until she brought the check, would have been nice to have beverage with our meal. The salad bar was a huge mess when we entered. I DO NOT plan to return. Nor do we recommend this RT location.

Nothing 70 bucks for crap food. I had Ruby Tuesday for lunch, it was awful! The waitress was as friendly as a serial killer. With my steak, which was the wrong one, I had grilled Zuchiini and grilled Brussels sprouts.The so called fresh Zuchiini was freezer burned, and the Brussels sprouts smelled like a nasty roadside rest garbage can in the summer... I will never eat at a ruby Tuesday again.....

Food was good but the service was bad. Our waitress was training and I felt bad for the trainee because our server was terrible. We waited over 25 minutes for a hamburger. Then we waited for our waitress to get the mustard for it. She never came by to check on our meal. I had salad bar and as always, it was delicious. Theyve added candied walnuts and they were so good!

Extremely poor host team rude, and Judgememtal. It doesnt matter how good the food is if you host team wont let people in the door. Also how does a restaurant with seating for 120 only have one highchair? Overall no amount of good food and environment can make up for the lack of welcome in this establishment. I am sad to admit I use to work here in a better time.

It seems like its just another chain with the same old same old. However I think one of the best things on the menu is their salad bar or their Italian antipasto salad is very good. Drinks are overpriced and under poured. Staff was friendly.

An old favorite for dates, the salad bar is fresh and the service is quick. My only qualm is with corporate, they stopped service the cheesy garlic biscuits. Beyond that, this restaurant is a great place to go for a good meal.
