An offshoot of the Three F(x) chain in Jacksonville (a “Top Southern” pick by Food Network’s Alton Brown). Ice cream is made to order on a frozen steel pan, with a choice of bases from soy to whole milk. Korean shaved ice patbingsu is topped with fruit and sweet syrups. But the star is the Japanese street food called taiyaki, which translates as “baked fish” and is a sign of good luck. Wee fish-shaped waffles are filled with ice cream, sweet red azuki beans, or even a savory breakfast rendition of ham, bacon, egg and cheese. Eating notes: Optimists eat the head first, the cautious and detail-focused start at the tail.

The cashier did a great introduction to educate us on what options we had. Everyone was courteous and professional and quick to serve up delicious ice cream treats that were made right in front of us. I had the mint chocolate ice cream with oreo and chocolate chips made to order, including freezing the ice cream. They only had one dispenser for napkins in the whole store (not near the tables) so I was disappointed that they werent on the tables like most ice cream parlors. The Asian pop music videos were fun too on a TV on the wall. Never heard an Asian girl rap like that!

I have to say…. This is one of the most innovative ice cream shop I have ever been to. The ice cream taste wonderful! The skillful employee’s show you how they make the ice cream right in front of you. They also make flavorful Taiyaki (fish shaped waffle stuffed in between with a delicious add on). The ambiance is wonderful. They play the wonderful tunes of K-pop (Korean Pop music), in which music I adore. I am very glad I cam upon this ice cream shop! You will definitely be seeing more of me!

Fresh, all natural ice cream made from scratch right in front of you! They blend your choice of milk, sugar, and flavor in liquid form and mix it all together on a special frozen surface that makes it into creamy ice cream. They even have soy and almond milk options! Theres a wide variety of flavors including my favorites: mocha, taro, and green tea. Also try the taiyaki, which is an Asian-style waffle baked with a choice of fillings like Nutella, pumpkin, or sweet red bean. Delicious!

My new favorite ice cream place! So many options whether you are dairy-free or dieting you choose your milk (whole, fat free, almond or soy). And a huge selection of flavors from traditional chocolate, strawberry and vanilla to more exotic like Thai tea, lychee, and avocado! There is an awesome topping base as well. They also serve Taiyaki (an Asian waffle) stuffed with fresh yumminess like cream cheese, nutella or apple!

This ice cream place has the most interesting flavors and I always look forward to trying something new or picking my favorites which happen to be taro, white xhcolate, and almond. Not only that but if you are lactose intolerant you can CHOOSE what milk you want. Additionally they also serve these filled cakes that are fresh like the ice cream. It is a fun experience and a colorful place. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!

We drove 20 min here because everything was closed near me! And it was worth the drive. Unique placed with delicious treats. Ice cream was delicious. Ordered white chocolate with two toppings: white chocolate chips and pecans all blended together. I could taste the fresh milk in it. And they give you the option of non fat milk, soy, almond or whole. Anyways everyone was nice and i enjoyed with my fam.

I love this place and am addicted to it. Once you try their ice cream, you cant have many others. The first time I went here, they had a new guy, and he didnt make the ice cream the right way. I was thinking, this tastes strange. But the other guys made it the right way and it was so good. After that, everything Ive tried has been awesome. This place is the best and so good.

This place is great! You can choose just about any ice cream and topping to go into your rolled ice cream and they make it right in front of you. You can choose in a cup or waffle bowl. Theres a tv in the lobby where they play Korean music videos and its nice and relaxing. We brought our kids here and they loved it!

There is no such thing as an ice cream scooper at this place. Completely different concept of making your ice cream right in front of you. You pick your milk and flavors, they pour the liquid on a really cold top, and they scrap and move the liquid around until its Ice Cream. It was great!

Good ice cream, although not as creamy as elsewhere (made with milk not cream but I see that as a healthy plus). Free waffle bowls. The taiyaki (fresh belgian style waffle fish) was a nice contrast and tasty, but the chococream filling was waaayyy too sweet. Friendly fast service.

We tried the Nutella taiyaki and it was enjoyable. The Nutella went well with the waffle like desert. Almost like a waffle with Nutella inside in the shape of a fish. We went on a weekend and it was busy, so it took a few minutes to make, but the shop had a fun environment.

Its a fun experience but my girlfriend who loves going always ends up getting something other than their main menu item that theyre almost constantly out of when we go. Of 7 trips to this location theyve been out of it 5 times.

The staff is really kind and the ice cream they make is amazing. They freeze it right in front of you, and you even get to chose the milk they use in it, making this a perfect place to go with lactose intolerant friends.

My favorite dessert place by far. The taiyaki is soooooo good. Choco cream and peanut butter are my favorites. They also hand make ice cream in front of you. Its really good. Get the vanilla and eat it with your taiyaki.
