The employees are so so nice, I really appreciated how kind and patient they were, but I found a big long black hair in my ice cream after I had started eating it. It wasnt on top of my ice cream, it was IN the fudge and took some effort to be pulled out. Its not mine, I dont have black hair. I have a stomach disorder and I can almost never eat, I was so excited for my ice cream. It sounds silly but I was so disappointed and nothings worse than finding hair in your food, especially when food is hard to keep down in the first place. Of course I dont think anyone did this intentionally, but it does make me nervous to get ice cream here again.

I went and got a quart of sherbet from here, just to get home and have pieces of plastic all through the ice cream. Called them about it, they didnt care that they were servicing customers plastic.
