Horrible experience, for whatever reason despite having employees who speak English well, the phone is usually answered by a woman who can hardly speak it or understand it. Our food arrived 20 minutes late because she got the address wrong and the delivery driver had to call us to get it and ended up being 15 minutes away still. When we received our food, our two boxes of sweet and sour chicken were ruined because the chicken was taken directly out of the fryer and put in styrofoam take out boxes which both melted all around the chicken leaving it inedible. I called the next day to complain and see about a refund because the food had been ruined and was told I would receive a call back after the person had spoken to those working the night before but I never received any call back. So today I called again to try to speak to the same person and I got the woman who couldnt understand me and I couldnt understand her and we fought for 20 minutes on the phone ending with her refusing to refund the $17 and sending one free box of chicken. I will never be ordering from here again as the last time I tried this place I had a bad experience too. Dont waste your time, order from somewhere that will give you your moneys worth.

I just had my last order from Hopsings. I ordered a small Curry Chicken with Onions. They gave me a large size and added the extra charge to my bill. It appeared to be the same size as a small, but in a large container which was filled up with a lot of RAW baby carrots. The onions were still attached to the stem. I could barely taste the curry, and this was the first time Ive ever had to add salt to Asian food. I also ordered a small Spare Ribs. They gave me boneless ribs instead. Boneless ribs taste quite different from ribs with the bone in. Thats why I never order boneless. The egg rolls and the rice were ok, but the entire order was covered in grease. Im talking about thick, dripping grease all over the outside of the containers. And finally, the delivery person did not stop talking on his cell phone when I opened my door. He just handed me the receipt and signaled with his hand for me to sign, but he did not offer me a pen. I recommend China Dragon.

First thing, they forgot an item. We called, they said they would deliver it and hung up, never even asked our address or anything (must be psychic). Never received the forgotten food. Didnt get a credit or refund. Awful service. Now onto the food. The chicken was disgusting and I bet it was not chicken at all. The entire dish lacked flavor. Half of the food in the lo mein was these disgusting roots. Took me 30 minutes just to sort through the noodles vs the roots. Also, had a lot of huge pieces of onion. I enjoy onions, but some of the pieces were as big as my finger. The fried rice was okay, but a good portion of it was stuck together. You could eat it by sticking a fork through the chunk of rice. Only reason it was given 1 star is because the sweet and sour chicken didnt taste like fish (the problem with some other restaurants) and because my dog enjoyed the chicken from the lo mein. (I refused to eat another piece of it).

This is one of the most awful experiences Ive had in years of ordering takeout. the food experience was a nightmare. To sum it up we order 1st thing in the AM for a lunch delivery. Food showed up as if it was left over from the previous nights shift. Rubbery taste and no even close up to par. This order had three different orders on it and when it was confirmed that all three had the same unpleasant results we decided to call. Management was extremely rude to work with and unwilling to admit they had delivered anything but top quality food... In all my experience of customer service I have never seen any one in the food bev industry respond to a complaint with such hostility. After it was all said and done Ive learned several other employees had ordered at separate times and had the same experience. I WISH I had lead about that before I had taken a chance... NEVER AGAIN and dont wish this on anyone else

I cant begin to explain how poor my experience was. I ordered delivery to my office and the person who took my order was extremely harsh and forceful with me on the phone. Her rude demeanor made me want to just not order but I continued anyways(mistake). She couldnt understand the address and the delivery guy called twice because He didnt know where we were. He was also very rude to me on the phone. We got our order and only 1 was correct. Not even in the same ball park of what we ordered. We tried to call and rectify the situation but she argued endlessly with us and made it seem like it was our fault they got the order wrong. She blamed it on us and set the phone down while she talked to someone else and had us sitting on hold forever. We eventually hung up and now have wasted food and a waste of money. Save yourself the time and money and order somewhere else!

The delivery driver I recognized and she is an absolute joy to deal with. My issue is with ordering online only for the second time. First time, no issues. Second time was a nightmare. Not only did the food arrive almost 2 hours later, I had to pay a second time over the phone for my order because of some issue at the store. Later on I check my bank account and of course I have been double charged... Bottom line. If your company cant handle outsourcing online ordering just dont do it. I rather you not even offer a service you clearly are not equipped for. I consider myself to be pretty tolerent of bad service and I tip really well 99% of the time... But this was one of the worst experiences I had ever had.... Anywhere.

Ordered delivery on a Sunday night. After a half hour a rude employee called back wanting to reaffirm the address. A half hour after that someone else called back stating they were a few minutes away (now 1 hour after we ordered the food). I waited another 25 minutes after he didnt show up and called the restaurant to cancel the order. The driver called me back 2 minutes later and yelled at me that he was about to pull into the driveway. I looked out the window and no one was around. Very rude delivery drivers. I would give the place 0 stars, but it wasnt an option.

Just started eating here when they opened up just resently, dont believe the reviews that say this place has been open for a long time, from this post (10/30/2016) its only been open for about a week or 2. We ordered by phone for a delivery, no broken English issues has a American answered, so that "broken English" review is bs. Food arrived shortly after, when checking our food everything was right and the portions where average for a Chinese restaurant food tastes fine the only thing they didnt give us were forks/chop sticks and napkins.
