I am from out of town and by accident found the Pizza Hut in bluffton when turning around looking for another place to eat! I dont write reviews but this is a must! When I called the store to check on my order status (waiting in the parking lot) the girl had no idea and said I didnt order from them. I had to remind her I was the girl in there 20m ago who bought a ice tea as well as a medium pizza. She told me I had the wrong location after giving my name and phone number --- once I went in the store she figured it out! Very rude service and over priced pizza for a medium $15 and she Didnt apologize !!! My biggest concern was the nasty pizza the no one ate accept my three year old who took one bite and said it was nasty (Girl loves pizZa)!! Couldnt even take a piece out without picking up the entire pizza bec it wasnt eve cut all the way

We have ordered from the Burnt Church Rd Pizza Hut a number of times and the pizza is great and the service has been very good. Had a wait a little a few times for our order and once there was a problem with the order I did on line - they couldnt find it, but they made it good but we did have to wait 20 minutes to get. But all in all, we have been very happy with them and as I have said the pizza and other food we have gotten there has been great.

I ordered a Pizza tonight for my family. The man on the phone told me it would be delivered in 45 min. It was here in 75 min. I called twice to check on it. I was told if it was cold when I got it they would make me another. Was I to wait another 75 min before my children could eat supper? I dont think so. We were offered no compensation for being kept waiting so long.

Placed an order online said delivery time would be over 2 hours. Tried to call the store to say wed pick up if it was seriously that long for delivery. Every time we tried to call someone would pick up the phone and hang up. My husband is now driving to the store in hopes to retrieve our pizza since no one will talk to us.

Terrible service. They messed the order up in more ways than one and tried to argue with me about it. They forgot to bring us our drinks, sauces and brought the wrong items. I tried to talk to the manager, Amber, and she rather talk over me and act like she didnt care. Dont order from these people!

Really bad customer service, the cashier was on her phone all the time then she walks out of the store, takes a look around, and walks back in just to be on her phone, i felt like i was been ignored, after afew minutes i had to get her attention, im not visiting this pizza hut no more.

There was a mistake with my order at first, but the manager, Star, made sure our order was made right the next time. She was very helpful, and kind. She genuinely took care of her customers and I really appreciated that. This Pizza Hut does a great job!

I submitted an order online and waited two hours. I called the store and they said they tried to call me, but there was no answer so they cancelled the order. I never received a phone call, nor did I have any missed calls. I just want my pizza, man.

Took almost two hours to get our pizza, horrible customer service. We had to call and ask about our order and she made up some story about it taking up to two hours to get a pizza. Crazy, wont order from them again. Absolutely disgusted.

I understand when an establishment is busy, sometimes orders take a little longer. No problem. My delivery order ran over about 20 minutes, but when I opened the box, it was cold.
