Went to Chipotle website, found a menu item I wanted, wife went in to get it and they said they dont have a set menu, so she could not order it specifically. How can a chain food restaurant that lists menu items on their website not allow you to then order said menu items in their store? Also wouldnt cut the quesadilla we got to split between the kids. We werent dining in. Dont understand why the staff is not allowed to cut an ordered item? Really? You work in the food industry but youre not allowed to use a knife to prepare food?

I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience here, as the staff is friendly (despite my needy requests) and the food is fresh. Today was an above and beyond experience as the manager paid for my meal, thanking me for always smiling and for being a frequent customer. I go here often and will continue to do so. Thanks to the kind and energetic staff for making my day and always making me a good meal!

Everyone knows the food is good here. No need to expound on that, but this Chipotle stands out above the rest because the employees are always courteous and friendly, regardless of the volume of customers in the restaurant. Staff consistently cleans dining area too. Well managed location.

They didnt strain my beans when putting it on my borrito. I needed to ask them to redo my borrito 3 times because they kept messing up the order. The manager was sure to express how unwelcome I was for this, and treated me very curtly and unfriendly. I usually love chipotle.
