This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to and I go everyday. This place makes me not even want to spend any more of ky money at any starbucks. I sat unacknowledged, stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes, being that theres no exit after you enter, the car behind me started honking, I pulled up to the window after the other cars left only to be greeted by a rude cashier! I still didnt get my order and she was rude, no apology or anything. This is the 2nd time Ive been here and both times were horrible. They need to pick up their pace and become alot more customer friendly and oriented if they want to keep the business going. I cant see how they can make it on the Starbucks name alone.

4/28/2017: 9 out of 10 times, this Starbucks will not have what you want to order. Whatever the special is for the month, youre better calling ahead of time because theyre probably "out of it at this time." 3 weeks earlier: This Starbucks sucks. They usually are out of stock on food options. Whoever orders the food for this store needs to be fired. Ive gone more than once to this store and they tell me its unavailable

Stopped in this afternoon on the way to Hunting Island for a decaf coffee for my friend, and a doppio for myself. The store was very clean and the staff friendly and focused on our needs. Chad and Melissa were both very welcoming and did a delicious decaf pour over for my friend, and my doppio was perfect. I definitely recommend a visit to this beautiful new store! We had a very good experience.

I was greeted with friendly faces tonight! Ms. Rika was very sweet making conversation with me and making me feel welcome! Phillip made me a mean passion tea lemonade! Justin was quick to take my order and spelt my name right(which is hard because my name is Maya). Thank you for the hospitality. Rachel was working the window and she was working her butt off! Great crew tonight!

I guess to start it took 20 minutes to get a coffee and a piece of coffee cake because, to put it in their words, they "just have a lot of problems in the back." Well, I guess so! They couldnt correctly fit the lid on my coffee and it spilled all over me in the car. Burns on wrist and ankles. Thanks, Starbucks. Youre all winners.

Great coffee and friendly staff. The wait can be a while, especially during peak times. But having worked at a Starbucks, I can tell you the baristas are working as hard as possible to make your drink, that gentlemans drink in drive through, and that ladys mobile order, as quickly, efficiently, and deliciously as possible.

Ive been visiting this Starbucks periodically since it opened. Sometimes its hard to get a good picture of a place if you only go once, but my overall experience coming here has been positive. Very friendly staff, good coffee, and its always been clean inside. When it gets busy I highly recommend ordering on the app

I love love LOVE Starbucks, but this one has higher prices and extremely slow service. Takes about 20 minutes just to get through the drive thru with only like 3 or 4 cars, then when its just your car, it takes like 10 minutes. Drinks are well made, of course, but the wait time and prices are excessive.

I visit this Starbucks often & they of course (like all establishments,) have bad days. But Out of all the times in the past year that Ive gone, theyve messed up my order once! The staff is great & the (womans) bathroom is pretty clean. Parking is hard to get during the busy times due to its location.

The day staff rocks (Dorothy and the district manager totally do), however, after 2 pm the staff needs some work because they like to play a little too much but the DM has promised to make things much better and I believe her. Great products, love Starbucks!!

This trip I experienced bad service. Waited at least 10 minutes for my drink and people who ordered after me received their order first. Also has to remind the cashier that I didnt receive my bakery item. Was not impressed this time.
