We live locally and stopped in for smoothies earlier today. I was very disappointed in the service we received. I felt like we were being a burden. I know running a business is hard especially when you work with customers. Its a lot to serve and complete tasks on hand. There were two employees near the register neither of them greeted us nor said be right with you. We then waited a bit for another girl to take our order. Once again felt like a burden. We then waited awhile more for our smoothies to be made. I work very hard for my money and I treat my customers with respect and always make them feel welcome. Whether I live locally or not these employees could use a course in customer service skills. Please keep in mind there was no one else in the store at the time besides us and the the employees.

I just ordered two items: the Wasabi Roast Beef Sandwich and the Jerk Chicken Wrap. Both were packaged well, and thats about it. The Roast Beef Sandwich has almost nothing to it: a couple tablespoons of roast beef, hardly any wasabi and lettuce that looked OLD. The Jerk Chicken Wrap: mostly wrap. Took three good bites to finally hit some chicken. And about the rather insulting tip jar: "Hot People Tip More"???!! How could any manager approve that, and Im realistic: Im not hot, but Im a great tipper, when its EARNED. If youre looking for a good place in Cocoa Beach to munch, pass this place by and go somewhere else.

The girl that took my order was ridiculously rude. She was clearly annoyed she had customers and had to make it known that she was upset about staying until the end of her shift. The owners might also want to let them know that people can hear them talking about customers that "piss them off" while theyre standing by the register. The smoothie was alright, but it didnt make it much better that there was a moody girl that doesnt understand the concept of customer service voicing her opinions very loudly throughout the restaurant. Now I know why I only go to the Merritt Island Trop Smoothie.

If I had to complain Id say the menu is overwhelming as you stand in line at the register waiting to order your food. You kind of want to try everything, so it can be hard to decide. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful if you cant make up your mind. The food fits the Cocoa Beach vibe. Think of it like a tropical version of Chipotle....with smoothies....and a breakfast menu....

This place used to be great. The newer employees have taken it down the drain over the past couple months. You still can get decent food and service sometimes but it is very hit or miss. It seems the employees need better training and better people skills. Good fast restaurant when managed properly.

Had 3 smoothies and they were great. Chia banana boost with peanut butter was awesome. Cashier was friendly. Prices ranged from 4.50- 5 with option of extras. The sizes were large and can easily be shared. Great value.

Their "smoothies" are more like Icees. I got a mango pineapple coconut smoothie and tastes very watery and lots of ice left in my cup. Better place down the road for same price Java juice, For REAL smoothies.

Healthy and delicious every visit. Went there one time to supplement the lousy junk food Cape Canaveral Hospital was giving my dad. They made a super nutritious custom smoothie he enjoyed.

I live on Merritt Island and pass the Tropical Smoothie on the Island to come to Cocoa Beach!! Theyre food and smoothies are WAY better!! Great service too!! Love this place!!
