Fantastic friendly service and great coffee. Ive tried a number of the pastries and desserts, and the only one that didnt impress me was the crumb cake. The Rugala is good, and so are the muffins. And again, cant beat the coffee/espresso. Once youve got your coffee, if you dont like being stuck indoors, theres a nice porch, or you can walk along the riverfront. Nothing better than sitting in the swinging benches out on the riverfront, enjoying a mocha and the great view.

Ordered a plain triple cappuccino and was disgusted by the lack of care by the Barista the espresso was terribly bitter because the shot was not even tamped. not to mention the milk was horribly textured seemed like the barista had never been taught how to make a proper cappuccino. What i got was a couple of bitter shots of espresso with enough hot milk to make 2 lattes i was not impressed, and would advise if you enjoy espresso to avoid this place

Very poor service, WAY over priced, obvious tourist trap! our server at the main counter made us feel like we were bothering him by placing an order! We were there Saturday lunchtime and they had already run out of various food items. We waited over 20 mins for our order which was nothing complicated. We are local to Bluffton and wont be going back - lots of more deserving establishments to frequent instead!

Came during winter so didnt fully get to enjoy the park and bay view just outside, but its still a really nice, cozy stop. Friendly, friendly people here. Im a coffee nerd with high expectations, so the brew - to me - was just okay. I understand this isnt a craft spot... yet its definitely far better than Starbucks. I would surely return on my next visit. Its charming here.

This is a coffee house that also serves gelato. This review is for the gelato only. The portions are very small and overpriced. The taste was nothing special. In fact, much of the promoted gelato was actually sorbet. The facility and business is very pleasant and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything else may have been good but dont go there just for the gelato.

I had a sandwich and chips one evening. Not much of a selection for dinner. I sat at the outdoor seating area. It was comfortable and quiet, and afforded a pleasant view of the water and boardwalk area, with the bridge to Ladys Island a few hundred yards away. The sandwich was pretty good, and the servers were friendly. I enjoyed the evening here.

We stopped in after finishing Janets Walking History Tour for a coffee and little something from their bakery. We got a cold brew and the tomato pie with bacon. Wow was it great! The line was LONG because it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon but they were moving so fast and the wait was not bad whatsoever. We will definitely be back!

The frozen coffee was amazing, however, the barista was not. She had such a rude and unwelcoming attitude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if the whipped cream was low-fat. Very rude. I almost walked out but the coffee looked very good. So if you looking for good coffee with horrid service, this is the place for you. . .

We were hesitant to visit this shop, due to a bad review regarding limited coffee selection and lack off knowledge by staff. We found just the opposite to be true. We had Cappachino and Expresso and the staff offered to mix us a drink of our own creation. We didnt try the food but it looked fresh and inviting.

Pleasantly suited along the waterfront of downtown Beaufort, there isnt much to NOT like about this treasure. Great coffee, tasty light meal options, gelato, sorbet, wine and craft beers. A little something for everyone complete with excellent customer care. Always a treat!

Stumbled into this place during the Water Festival, it is amazing. Delicious house made meals and deserts, service is excellent. Its unbelievable that this cafe doesnt have a line stretching down the street, theres even a great view of the waterfront.

Coffees may be great, but the biscuits are the worst crumbling, dry mess I have ever had the misfortune to waste money on. If it werent for the free breakfast voucher, I would have demanded my money back. Dont order biscuits there! Will never return!

Look forward to stopping in for a frozen coffee with whipped cream every year when we come to Beaufort. We try to see how many times we can get in during the week. I love the quaint coffee shop with beautiful views of the water. Its the best!

Friendly staff, tasty beverages and food. They now sell a limited selection of beer and wine too. The food and alcohol are a little pricey but the coffee and gelato are the main reasons to go anyway, and both are top notch.

Its a great place to sit and relax and drink some coffee but not a good place for studying. To be loud and the lighting is not good and there arent a lot of plugs or seating. Really really excellent food and pastries

Its great coffee. Cozy environment. The best part is the open mic performances on Friday nights. Great place to sit and watch the boats go by while enjoying a nice cup of coffee.

Great coffee, even better gelato. The views of the river are amazing here as well. This is where the locals get coffee. Live music and open mic nights on the weekends also.

Good coffee and excellent location right near the waterfront. Patio seating looks over the park and boardwalk. Pastries, sandwiches and prepared salads available as well.

Great coffee, great staff, great shop, but when I get an iced drink, the ice is melted into the drink within the first couple minutes and its not cold on the bottom.

Sandwiches are really good but they need to be a bit more generous with their ice cream. My one scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone looked very sad and lonely.

Beautiful spot but the mocha latte tasted like they left out the espresso, more like hot chocolate than latte. Macchiatto was bitter.

A quaint local coffee shop with newspapers to read and cosy large leather chairs. Great latte artists and better than a Starsucks.

A good local coffee stop with a wide selection of baked goods and coffee drinks. The staff is friendly and they know their stuff.
