My husband and I have been here twice. The most recent time was last Thursday. The service we received was terrible. Let me just set the scene. We walk in the place is empty. The hostess doesnt say one word to us for a good 2-3 minutes until I went to her and said we would be dinning in. She then took us to a table and we sat down. Our server didnt come to us for a good 5-10 minutes to get our drink orders. Thats fine, we ordered drinks soda for me and cocktail for my husband. We sat and looked at the menu and ordered appetizers. We waited 30 minutes in an empty restaurant for spinach dip and there New southwest trio platter. Not once did our waitress come check on us, and refill our drinks. Mind you she had one other table she was helping and they were giving us the same look. I asked her for a refill and she got an attitude with me grabbed my cup and asked if my husband wanted another drink, which he did, and she stormed off. Manager brought out our food- it was cold. Different waitress brought my drink out and when asked about my husbands she said the waitress forgot. We did not get that drink until AFTER we had completed the meal. This was the second bad experience we have had at this store and we will never be coming back. Management and staff are horrible.

First of all the waitress and food was good. My experience that was bad had to do with the choices of games on the tvs. My bride and I came in to watch the Notre Dame vs Clemson game. I requested the game to the manager. They put it one tv. I had to move tables to see it. This game was the ESPN game day of the week and ended up being the most viewed game of the weekend and they chose to put 3 of the 4 main tvs on Florida vs. Ole Miss game. As far as I could tell no one was interested. The "best" part of the evening was watching two waitresses lock tongues and take selfies in front of us.

Services was extremely slow...the waitress and the food. My party ordered a sharable dessert and it came out with 1 spoon. When i was finally able to flag down Sidney, not my waiter, to ask for more spoons , she acknowledged me but never brought the spoons or even let my waitress know that I asked. Seemed to actually ignore my directiom. Very rude! The restaurant was not even crowded. I finally had to get up to find someone for spoons.

It was the Saturday of the infamous Iron Bowl that ended on a last second missed field goal, run back for a touchdown by Auburn so the place was understandably packed and boisterous. Still, the service wasnt spectacular and the wings were small and hard. Might have just been reaching the bottom of the barrel. Normally I love their wings.

Chris is the server that breaks the Buffalo Wild Wings mold as he is courteous and attentive. Most Buffalo Wild Wings have terrible service, but hes a champ. Kady is also courteous and available to offer new deals/discounts. Food is typical for the restaurant chain.

One of the best social restaurants in the area. Definitely great for watching sporting events. Lots of TVs screens. Friendly staff. Delicious and flavorful chicken options along with the rest of menu as well. Always a go to spot

Service was a little slow. At the same time, we were out on the patio, so maybe they didnt wanna come out too much. Other than that, ZERO complaints! This place was great and Sheena was a phenomenal waitress.

Today was not the best of visits. Usually silverware is placed on the table when you are seated. Then when food is delivered plastic silverware is brought. No clean silverware. Overall bad service for the day

AMAZING! Not only is their food here some of the best in the whole area, but the servers are always very friendly and nice, and love to joke around with us. One of the best experiences Ive had in a long time.

Food always takes forever, most of the staff is professional. Only bad experience was from some server named Chantel. Other servers like Kat, Kenzie and DeAndre have always taken care of us. Average place

You have to know what to expect food wise. Its B dubs. The wings are decent everything else is sketchy. The drinks are cheap, and the staff is great in my opinion.
