TERRIBLE experience! We were there last week with a group of 18. Not everyone in our group wanted to eat there. Part of the group decided to order some food to go and were told to do so at the bar. The rest of the group waited outside in the pier. We placed our order but we changed our mind and decided to eat there. We told our waitress that half of group had already placed an order to go and that we wanted to eat at the restaurant instead. The waitress went ahead and took the order for the rest of our group. One of the bartenders came out with our "to-go" order. Before he placed the food on our table he told us very rudely that we had to pay for it first. At one point he tried to put the food the table but wouldnt let go of it until we got up to pay for it at the bar. While the rest of the group waited, we could see the bartender pointing at our tables and talking about us to another bartender. We felt very uncomfortable. We had to get up and ask for napkins and silverware after 10 minutes of getting our "to-go" meal. We talked to our waitress about the bartender and told us that she would get a manager asap. At this time we were still waiting for our "dine-in" order. It took the manager about 5-10 minutes to come out. Explained to him the situation. We decided to leave the restaurant and not wait for the rest of our food. It is sad to know that such a beautiful restaurant can have such terrible customer service. We are Westagate owners and we visit Cocoa Beach every year. We wont visit this restaurant ever again and we wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Read the other reviews regarding their terrible customer service.

Sitting in the restaurant right now. The hostess told us that if we were eating I side when the rocket launched, we could step out on the pier, then return to our table. While waiting on our table we walked outside and were stopped. This guy... so rude and on a killer power trip stops us and says $5 to walk onto the pier. We showed him our parking lot voucher to enter, and he told us that it wasnt valid on rocket launch days. I told him the parking lot attendant specifically said that it was. We arent Cocoa Beach residents, and this was our first time. Had she not told us it was valid, we wouldnt have even showed him. Anyway, he was rude and curt. We are now sitting in the restaurant and have been seated for nearly 30 minutes with menus and NO ONE has come to our table. In the meantime, my husband is sitting in his chair looking at the menu and a server behind him places his hand on the back of my husbands chair and proceeds to lean on his chair, rocking it. This place is terribly run. Just awful. We wont be staying to eat at this point and definitely wont be back.

While visiting from California, we wanted to find a restaurant overlooking the water while trying to kill a few hours before going to the airport. We came across this restaurant. We walked in and a lady doing paperwork at a table said, "sorry folks, were not open yet." I first thought then why is your door open? Then I looked at my phone and it said 11am. I said, "Dont you open at 11am?" That should have been our first sign. We ended up getting our food for 4 people (2 hamburgers, fish tacos and snowcrab legs) at 11:44am! They took forever! The food ended up being good but the wait was long. There were 2 other tables going up to ask where their food was as well. The restaurant only had about 5 occupied tables so the wait was unacceptable. There were plenty of servers standing around talking but they clearly needed more help in the kitchen. Now that I see the other few star reviews, I can relate. Go if you have alot of time to spare!

1. Greeting was awkward. "How can I help you?" As three of us walked in the door. Obviously for lunch. 2. Menu is minimal, no a lot of options and pricey. 3. Beer (Bud light draft) served up warm. Made a complaint absolutely nothing offered to rectify. 4. Salt and vinegar fries for an appetizer came late with out meal and COLD. Fresh and hot fries came upon complaint. Salads were on the brown side. Not as fresh or plentiful as one would assume based on price. 5. Server was new and polite. Didnt give us a farewell on the way out nor did anyone regardless of about 5 to 6 workers standing around talking when we walked out. Doesnt seem to be effort made to make and keep customers instead for tourists/one time guest. Definitely dont recommend for anyone locals/tourists alike. Many other places to go.

The food was pretty decent. Nothing amazing but pretty good. The service however was terrible. We had a large party, the waiter never refilled drinks, other staff brought our food out.. while he was standing by the bar BSing with other staff. I assume since they add 18% tip for a large party.. he knew that and treated us as such. My wife was in the service industry for years. We never not tip but I wish we could have not paid the gratuity. He made $25 or so on our party which he did not deserve. We also got a beer at the bar while we waited for a table.. bartender seemed like he hated life and we were a nusance. 2 stars since the cooks did a great job!

We have come here twice before the evening before a cruise. I hadnt read the reviews before so after reading some this time I questioned going because of all the negative reviews. I would never expect a place like this to be quick. I thought the service was perfect. We never felt like they too too long or too quick. I dont like when places serve too quickly just to turn over the table. The Virgin Pina Colada was perfect. The Sidewinders starter was delicious and my Key Lime Pie in a Cup from the Key Lime Store was perfect! Great experience by all. We also had a corner window spot over the ocean. Perfect views.

The food is pretty good especially the wings Ive gone here a couple of times and like to sit outside on the pier but today I dont know what the problem with this restaurant is but they wouldnt let me sit outside on the pier because it was too "windy" what a excuse of course its gonna be windy your on a pier it was even more windy both times I was there before but apparently its different today. I strongly suggest they at least keep a dedicated employee for the pier because that is honestly one of key points why I would want to eat there. Left disappointed because I drove at least one hour just for this restaurant.

Waitress came up and told us drink specials then didnt come back. Waited 30 minutes then went up to the bar. They would only serve us drinks, said waitress has to take food order. She dodged our calls for service and looked past us as if we didnt exist. Had to be somewhere an hour later by this point so we had to leave hungry and upset because of the wait. Absolutely ridiculous! You would think as a busy restaurant on the pier they would schedule a bit better to put the right people on that can handle the task at hand.
