My boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere new to eat tonight and we hadnt been to Buffalo Wild Wings before, so we headed over to their Dolphin Mall location after looking through their menu online. We got there, there was no wait time, so that was cool. We ordered some drinks and then an appetizer. The drinks took quite a while, were 8 dollars each, and contained almost no alcohol and a lot of ice. Not worth it. For a place that has the word "bar" in its name, the drinks were ridiculous. Our appetizer was like the kind of appetizers you get in the frozen section at the supermarket, except worse quality and more expensive. We didnt eat it and our server didnt even mention taking it off our check, which we would later find out was probably because he had nothing to gain or lose by providing us with any kind of service, since they automatically apply 16% gratuity. By the way, the tax is calculated AFTER the automatic gratuity. If you want to change that gratuity, you have to call over a manager... who is going to do that? Wings were okay, nothing to write home about. You can pretty much get better wings anywhere else, and this is supposed to be a wing place. For example, I had the desert heat wings, and the kookaburra wings from Outback are waaaay better, which is embarrassing for BWW. Same with the fries, nothing special. My boyfriend asked for some bbq sauce for his fries and was actually charged for it. We both agree we would not go there again. We ended up spending almost $50 for getting crappy service and eating mediocre food in a loud, agitating environment. That money would be better spent at any number of places -- Chilis, Applebees, Outback, wherever. Pretty much any chain restaurant is better. If youre in the area and in the mood for wings, try Hurricanes -- much better quality, much better service, a way better value for your money.

Weve tried coming here many times and there have been issues throughout. Normally the food is tolerable, sometimes even very good. When you get anything on the wings - be it sauce or rub - theyre always surprised. Then you normally get something far too covered or so light you shouldnt have even bothered getting a topping. Still, the food is tolerable and sometimes good. The drinks, however, are over priced even for a BDubs. The worst part is the smell, though. You step in and it smells as though someone vomited all over the carpet. It only gets worse. Hopefully there are a lot of people there with lots of food, otherwise the smell is so nauseating you wont want to finish. You can try to escape outside but good luck. The tables will go nearly an hour without being cleaned off sometimes, which has the birds everywhere. We prefer to sit outside even at the cost of even worse service than you get inside, which is already rather shaky at the best of times, and terrible noise just to escape the smell. But sometimes theres a performance going on so you cant. Which is fine. Weve been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for years. Even as we travel, theyre consistently pretty great. This one, however, is Satans Toilet.

This place is absolutely unbearable. The second you walk in it smells like a toilet exploded into mid air. A smell so pungent that it automatically turns your stomach upside down. My friend and I went there and we immediately went to sit outside. Once we get outside all of the tables were FILTHY!!!!!!!!!!! We waited for someone to clean one and sat down to order. The waiter took way too long to serve us and I was absolutely displeased. I finally get my beer and it was flat which made me very pissed off. Then I ordered garlic parmesan wings with bleu cheese on the side and they brought me ranch instead. Like who cant tell the difference? Then I went to bathroom and heard a woman with explosive diarrhea in there...turns out it was a staff member....she walked right past me and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS! I was so sick after that I told my friends and we paid our bill and left IMMEDIATELY! I never ever went back....

When you walk into the store a disgusting smell of babys vomit just hits your nose. The closer you get, the worse it gets. I figured it was just the entrance that had the awful smell, but I thought wrong. I choose the seating in the bar area, trying to Cope with the smell. I ask one of the staff members; why was that type of smell present in a food area. He responds " the carpet cleaner guys only clean the carpet every couple of Months " so obviously they notice the smell, but continue to let it be.I spoke to the manger who was there he told me" the smell Comes from Outside with the sewers being near us" which was a lie. It was obviously the carpet. I couldnt even enjoy eating the food, because of the spell.

So I came to eat with about 8 people. Ive been here in the past, like 2 years ago, and theyre food was great and service too. But its changed since then and their service was terrible. I waited 1 hour for my food and it was made incorrect twice. My boyfriends burger was hard as a rock. All my friends complained about the food and nobody finished their meal. We told the manager to take off my meal from the check since I didnt eat but the waiter told us that she was doing us a favor by giving us only 20% so I went up to the manager personally and he didnt make me pay for any of it, except for the mozzarella sticks that we got to 20% off for. My check was only 6$. Not going back ever again.

This location is in a great spot, and have the potential to do a lot better than they are doing now. When you walk into the restaurant, it has a very bad odor of wet carpet, the menus are sticky and the place always looks terrible and unclean. Service is absolutely terrible, we waited at least 20 minutes just to order our drinks, even though we saw waiters just chilling previously to that. The waiters never come to check up on you or ask if everything is okay once they bring you your food they only pay attention when youre about to pay a tab. They need new servers and better management. Besides that, the food was good.

This place was pretty good. Wings were good and the options were fantastic. My server Felix was alright. Where this place lacks is its cleanliness. The whole place has a locker room odor to it. The females bathroom was bad (according to my girlfriend). The mens bathroom smelled like vomit, urine, and crap. Absolutely worst smelling bathroom Ive ever been in. Im giving this place 4 stars because I really dont think its bad, I just think the Managment needs to step it up. Corporate will be getting a call tmrw.

Though I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, management needs to revamp and re-train staff on their customer service skills as well as making sure the tables, chairs and menus are clean. I had to wipe down my table with napkins and sanitizer I had in my bag. Very concerning, cause it makes you wonder about the cleanliness in the back of the house. I will give them credit for the speed with which orders are ready and the tastiness of the food. One of the less expensive dining locations in Dolphin.
