Went there for the first time ever after a busy day yesterday. Got there an hour before close, staff was busy cleaning. Service was slow. When we were finally waited on, I told the waitress I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten. I asked about their fries and was assured they were fried separately to avoid cross contamination, asked for my burger on a gluten free bun. My friends and I asked for more fries, a different waitress brought them over and couldnt remember which ones were gluten free. Went back and asked the chef, said both baskets were fine. When I paid, noticed the gluten free was not noted on our order and I hadnt had a gluten free bun like I asked. I have been sick for the past 24 hours and had to take a day out of work. I ate nothing else that day except for food i had prepared at home so I know red robin was the issue. I heard great things about this from the GF community and had high hopes. So disappointed. Thanks for not taking my disease seriously and basically poisoning me.

Did not like the flavor of the burgers. The service was extremely slow and inattentive. The fries were tasteless and cold. Even the salt and vinegar didnt help flavor them. Needless to say we didnt bother finishing the first order. Never mind going for their never ending fry deal. When the waitress asked if we wanted our uneaten food wrapped up to go, I told her we didnt like it enough to finish it there. What would make her think I would like it better after? She just ignored me. And yes; I gave her a good tip as I am one of those people that make sure I tip the people that wait on me or I wouldnt bother going to restaurants. I would have let her know earlier about the scrappy food but the next time I saw her was when she brought the bill which took her forever to return after I paid her with my change. We say now: RED ROBIN......SUCKS!!!!!

The food is okay and it is reasonably price but for a "Burger Chain" I would expect much better burgers. They have a nice variety on the menu but your options are some pink or no pink...if your thing is burgers you should be able to cook them rare, medium-rare, etc. I have had much better burgers at a 99 or Ruby Tuesdays for around the same price. Also the bottomless fries is a joke, you have to ask for more at-least twice before you get them and they take a long time to come out. Its like they are hoping you will forget about it and leave

terrible experience tonight- place was dirty - bathroom was dirty . Waiter was nice but couldnt overcome all of the negative out of his control. Ordered a bloody Mary he brought it to the table and asked if I wanted anything in it and if so he could get celery or whatever else from the kitchen. Shouldnt that just happen isnt that the entire point of going out. The plates were dirty with food that looked awful. I have never had a bad experience there but I am not paying 60.00 for a night like that ever again!

Server Brianna messed up order a number of times. I had to ask for lemon for my water 4 times. She messed up one burger an simply asked if we wanted a new bun or if she had to have them remake the burger. Glared every time she walked by an then kept sending another server to the table. No problem from any of the other employees but for a simple place an simple job as this (I.e. not a fancy steak house) will never be returning, especially to this location. Thoroughly unsatisfied.

OMG worst experience I have had. Tables all over the place covered with food. While I was there they were never cleaned. Table sticky, floor slippery. Spilled water and it stayed there for 25 minutes. Not an employee to be found. They ran out of so many appetizers and its Monday. I watched our 2 beers just sitting there for 10 minutes before I had to tell her they were sitting there at the bar. Wanted another beer but was told the bartender went home.

I go here a lot and have never had a problem. At least once a month for movie night. You get consistent deals if youre a loyalty member, otherwise it can be a little pricey for what you get. Love bottomless fries, have never had trouble with staff, even when we go when its busy. My fav is clucks and fries so I cant really speak for their burgers. Red Robin seasoning is to die for, if you ask you can get a huge thing at the restaurant for $3

Good burger, warm fries (an improvement from the last time I was here), and service was good. Was with a large party and our waitress didnt miss a beat. Not everyone at our table was as satisfied with their meals as I was-we also had salads and the lettuce was more brown than green and missing advertised ingredients--was rectified immediately, but still.

We have always loved Red Robin. Pity, I cant drink the milkshakes anymore. The burgers are always delicious. There is avacado everywhere on that menu. This particular Red Robin is cozy and convenient to the Warwick mall. It has a nice bar setup, too. Funny story. I was once trapped here briefly during a flood. Gotta watch those April showers.

the last time I went to red robin in warwick the fish&chips were great .that was about 6 months ago,but today the food was discusting and everything was was dirty&greasy on our table.the waitress was an airhead so I cailed for the manager.he deducted my meal only even though my husbands food was also bad.i will never go back again. A place I had high hopes for but was quite disappointed with. A restaurant known for their burgers should really have good hamburgers. Would have rather gone to a nearby McDonalds. Even with few people in the place the service was terribly slow. Not acceptable. This will certainly not be a place I return to.

Not good. The tortilla chips and fried pickles were way over cooked and the new lighting created a glare off the granite counter tops in the bar. It gave it a cafeteria feel. The "improvements" were not so well planned out. The staff was great but everytime I was asked if I wanted a beer, the tap was "out".

Pretty alright! Very close to the mall and movie theater, so the location is very good. Right off the highway as well, so easy access. The food was pretty standard, a tad bit pricey for what it was however. For whats available in the lot though, its the best option for a burger and fries.

Good food, including gluten free. Good service. Cheery atmosphere. Our family loves it here. We come several times each month. No bike rack. Easy-ish to reach via RIPTA. Floors can get very slippery with certain types of shoes. Sixteen miles from the MacColl Field YMCA in Lincoln.

they can not get orders when dining in or ordering out bad food lousy managers wait staff and lousy inconsistent food. lousy. why do people go back there. tom the gemneral manager could care less stay away from this place folks
