I usually go here every day on my way into work, and I decided to get something different than what I usually get. I asked for a grande mocha frappuccino with whipped cream and chocolate dressing. The lady over the speaker rudely corrected me saying, "Did you mean chocolate DRIZZLE?" (Like it seriously matters, she knew what I meant). I pull up to the window and there the crew is mocking the way I said chocolate dressing and how that would be awful and how its actually drizzle. It was VERY unprofessional and I did not appreciate the rude remarks and judgement. Starbucks states in their mission statement that they "...connect with, laugh with, and uplift the lives of our customers – even if just for a few moments." I did not feel that way at all and I was very upset about the service that I received during todays visit.

This place is hit or miss depending on the day of the week. They are not consistent with regard to the making of items. Last week we went in to have a couple of mocha coconut frappucinos and they were made to perfection. This week, there was not even a hint of coconut flavor in any way shape or form. Same time of day each week, same location, different staff in attendance.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! Negative 5 stars. Waited 30 mins for a black iced coffee then waited another 5 for them to refill the half and half. Got home, realized they put vanilla sweetener in my coffee. Disgusting. Too far to drive back, thats $5 down the drain.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The windows face an intersection and it is enjoyable to chat watching the cars go by. The place isnt huge but its got a comfortable feel to it.
