This is the worst run Panera Bread by far. 75% of the time they mess up something on my order. My two friends ordered their food after me and it took them 10 minutes longer after my friends got their food for me to get a simple caesar salad that was supposed to not have dressing and only olive oil, they still messed this up. 9.5$ for lettuce and some chicken (even forgot the croutons), so overpriced for the quality. Online pick up orders are NEVER on time. I have shown up 3-4 minutes after the time they were supposed to be ready according to the website and I still wait around for another 5 minutes. The front of this store is poorly laid out now with the automated kiosks. It needs organization. After having something wrong 6 our of 8 times giving this place a try I am quite done visiting this location.

Totally agree with the other reviewer, very poor management and slow service. Ive been to plenty of other good Panera locations, sadly this is not one of them. Dont waste your time going here. I ordered a sandwich at a time when the place was relatively empty and it still took about thirty minutes, much longer than it should have. I went another time to order bagels (which were already made) and it took them twenty minutes to finish my order.

I really like Panera, but the one time I came to this location it was not a good experience. Was met with unfriendly service. Then a long wait for a breakfast sandwich, when it was actually done and sitting on the serving counter for too long. No one let me know it was ready. They made me another sandwich which was appreciated, but it was the wasnt what I originally ordered. Maybe they had a bad day.

Fairly typical Panera, although it lacks the warmth of others Ive visited. Carpeted floors rather than hardwood, cheap seating and tables, etc. The best ones Ive seen even have fireplaces that make you want to linger longer and relax. I view this as more "eat and move on quickly", rather than one where you feel very comfortable.

Over priced with Horrible Service, steer clear of this Panera. It took 10 mins to replace coffee, while my food got cold, the hot chocolate I ordered came out un-stirred and was frothed milk (Tasted Horrible). Good Luck, but I am never going to this location again. Staff and Managers are a joke.

This was an awful experience. We stopped during our road trip for a quick lunch. It took forever to get our food and then they forgot my sons meal although and the bread that was supposed to come with mine. Some of the lettuce in my salad was brown. Just terrible. I dont recommend this restaurant.

Very disappointed the last 2 times we ordered sandwiches. They were sloppy, undercooked (had to cook the panini when I got home), and the ingredients have become skimpy. This location has gone downhill - used to love it, but wont be back for sandwiches again!

Panera is where I buy my bread, its much better than the Market Basket bakery. They have decent bagels, not New York quality but as good as you get in New England. The challah is also good as is the sourdough.

I am a fan of Panera, however this one didnt have friendly staff. I asked a question and received a passive aggressiveness response. Also bathroom wasnt clean. Food was good though.

They closed tonight at 8 to have a corporate meeting. Their normal hours are until 9:30. Several other people turned away at same time. Very poor corporate decision

Like this Panera. Clean and quick. Rapid pickup one of my favorite features. Parking can be difficult at times, lot too small for busy times.
