This place is mediocre at best. The store is relatively clean and has the usual Starbucks atmosphere, but most of the employees seem like they have no interest in serving you. They are incredibly slow and disorganized. I went in during a mildly busy time when there were only a few customers. They didnt take my name to ensure I was getting my drink. There was only 1 employee making drinks out of at least 5 present and they were taking forever. Certainly not up to par with a normal Starbucks experience. Edit: Ive come back a few times since my bad experience. Seems like most of the crews that work here know theyre working at a coffee shop and know their job. Theres one shift of complete dunces that are useless. One star added

I am a big fan of Starbucks. I have been to many of them around the world. The staff here is friendly and the location is excellent. However, they are chronically understaffed and usually have only one person at the register. This causes excessive lines during peak times. A little more staffing and organization during the morning rush hour would make a big difference.

This is a large, bright Starbucks store off Route 20 when youre heading west. Its right beside the Boston Market store, not where it currently shows on the Google Maps. Starbuck folks are helpful and cheery. Parking is a little limited, but theres a larger parking lot behind.

Parking can be limited here sometimes, and this one feels more functional than other Starbucks where you may want to sit and sip. Drinks and food and service, all great, it is a Starbucks.

ok anyone that remembers Percolator coffee, if you cooked it too long the coffee would burn. Well I give you Starbucks! They "burn" the bean and give you that "extra strong" taste.. YUCK

This starbucks location is always very clean and staffed with friendly baristas. I work nearby and come on occasion to get out of the office and work remotely.

Good location, good food and good service. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that there are not outdoor seating but I know I am asking for too much.

Tasty drinks here! I asked the staff here to make a surprise for me(one of their custom favorites) and the resulting beverage truly blew me away!

Blech. Why do people come here? The coffee is terrible! The atmosphere is terrible! The food is stale! Power of marketing, eh?

Typical Starbucks location. Clean and fast service. They had enough employees working to handle the morning Rush. No drive-thru.

Slow service. Seems they are always out of either the plugs for hot drinks or sleeves.
