This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to review a restaurant in my life. The service was fine but when I got my order it was wrong, and poorly put together. They gave me the wrong bagel, which they didnt toast, my cheese wasnt melted, and there was a hair dangling out from in between the sparce vegetables that I paid extra for. My friends order was also incorrect, they gave him bacon instead of sausage and neglected to toast his bagel as well. If there wasnt such a long line out the door I would have complained to the staff. I hope that the muffin house takes more time to train their staff to uphold basic standards that all cafes who hope to stay in business should maintain.

Diet buster! I was visiting the area this week and decided to drop in for coffee after seeing the business going down the road. I ended up visiting each day, and once, twice in the same day. The muffins are absolutely awesome and the speciality coffees are delicious. The staff is super friendly and the location feels festive. The best thing about the Muffin House, free coffee refills on specialty coffees! I try to review all the places I go to and this is the first time Ive given five stars to a business. This location just opened up on Jan 19th so its a little chaotic at times but well worth the madness.

This place is above average in all categories for a muffin shop. Great pastries and muffins. They offer breakfast sandwiches as well, but i found those to be sub par based on the fact that half if it gets cooked in a microwave, eggs always come out wierd that way. Coffee and other beverages are delicous. Price is a little on the high side if i were to go there everyday but for an occational breakfast spot it is high on the list.

Absolutely love it. Great coffee, great guilty treats and the young ladies who take the orders are always friendly and cheerful. And Dave Andelman is a class act. I go there every Saturday after work and am always waited on with a smile. Ill keep coming back.

As a guy who.worked for Jordan Marsh in the 60s and 70s I can tell you for a fact the Muffin House (Mendon and Medway) blueberry ones are as close to a classic JM Blue as you are likely to get. Love these places.

Love that the coffee is refillable! Not as much as a variety as their medway shop but I prefer the set up of this location. Overall though both are amazing!

Great bakery and coffee is best around. I had a scone that was delicious. Service is quick and the place was very clean considering the morning traffic.
