HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went there today for lunch. I ordered my daughter a chicken finger combo but with no rice. I asked if I could have just a couple French fries and she would not even do that, I would have to order the only size they have which is way too much for a toddler. She NEVER checked on us. We sat at the table for over 20 minutes with empty cups waiting on an refill. The place was empty so the excuse it was busy is not even valid. After eating, sat at the table for an additional 25 minutes waiting on the check. I asked other servers for the check and they said okay but no one came to give us the check. FINALLY, she came to the table and gave us our check. Food was okay, but service was absolutely horrible. Frequently go there but will not be returning that is for sure!!

This is, by far, the best of the former Jackies locations. (Previously known as Jackies Galaxie.) They have the best Nime Chow in RI and three of the waitresses always remember exactly what our favorite meals and drinks are. (we visit once per week) It was recently remodeled after the name change. The service and cleanliness are always outstanding!

When this restaurant first change to Hei place, we dined in and it was wonderful. Tonight, We placed a take out order and it was awful. Fried rice was mushy, pu pu platter was awful , food was very below standards. Very disappointed in the quality and taste of the food....

Worse service, took 35 min just to come take my drink order, paid $15 for a unagi dish worth $7, stingy and over priced. Rhode Island sales tax is 7% and they tried to charge me 8.4% ??? Dont even bother. I would give -5 stars if I could

Their vegetarian nim chow is so fresh and delicious! I wish theyd use vegetarian broth for their soups. But I still find many other vegetarian options. And everyone is super friendly.

The vegetarian dishes with tofu are delicious. The tofu is expertly cooked, fried with a creamy center. The vegetables are fresh and the sauces are light and seasoned perfectly.
