Never will I order here again! I got my food and the duck sauce container was empty. I learned that it was empty because they didnt put the cover on tightly. Duck sauce all over the food. Im not one to drench my food in duck sauce so I called and asked them to send me a new order. They said no because they were closing. After arguing with him about his customer service he said he would credit my account. I said "no... your refunding me since Im not eating tonight". The arguing continued and 20 minutes later I have a knock at my door. It was half of the order that I wanted them to replace when he refused. I took it anyway and there was no duck sauce at all. My order was not refunded either. $20 down the toilet for horrible customer service. Since I have to rate the restaurant I rate it 0 stars even though I had to put 1 star to publish.

The food is great, and the pple that work at it are great also. They have a very clean kitchen from what i could see. Just watch out for their delivery service they hired. They steel food, i know this because the staples were broken on the bag food was missing and no receipt. Which is usually stapled to bag. I called and the guys at pan asia swore up and down they didnt forget to put my egg rolls and goons in and that they staple every bag. Also the delivery service is extremely lazy. They make you meet them outside, they cant even bring food upstairs to your apartment door. Like every other delivery person. And this has happened to me more than once. So in conclusion, food and employees of pan asia are great. Just dont order it delivery, always do takeout.

Just like all other bad chinese food restaurants. Ribs hard and dry like beef jerky, fried rice tasteless and boring, thick coating on the General Tsos chicken like a down comforter. If you are interested in that, you get the food fast. Quite frankly, those Chinese food places at the Malls are usually better and cheaper than Pan Asia. Wont order again. ($4.00 delivery charge)

Pan Asia is great if you are ordering pick up and are looking for more bang for your buck. The food is delicious, but dont expect great customer service. The gentleman that owns the restaurant is very rude and so are the other gentlemen that work there. Also, they overcharge for their delivery charge of $4.oo.

Food was so fresh and delishhhhhh!! The people who work there were so nice and friendly. This is definitly going to be our new chinese food spot since we just moved to nashua and we have been trying out all the local places this us by far one of the best places in nashua for good food.

Got a pu pu platter for 2 and a side of pork fried rice with extra duck sauce on this side for delivery. Got here in 25 minutes and the food was awesome. Compared to other places around Nashua this is the best, hands down. crab Rangoons, YUM!

Called the day before and ordered Chinese for new years. Come in to pick up my order and not only is it not there but they have no idea when they will have time to put together fried rice and spare ribs. Are you kidding me?

great portion size for price! The food is fresh, and egg rolls/crab rangoons are crunchy not greasy! They also only have a $2 delivery charge. Would definitely recommend!
