Circular Room was very elegant. Great staff and excellent service. Outstanding wine selection to pick from. The homemade breads and gourmet butters were fantastic! The plating of the meals was to be expected at a restaurant such as this. Now for the actual preparation – Lobster Bisque w/ leaks was thin in consistency and was not thick or creamy as in traditional bisque. Lobster was sparse with only a few lumps on the top. The cocoa dusted scallop appetizer had two mid size sea scallops and was good but not worth the $13. As for the entrees, the “Roasted Jumbo Prawns” was a joke…I am expecting 2-3 real prawns or large shrimp 11-15 size or even # 10’s. What I had plated in place of “Prawns” was good old fashion 31-50 medium sizes where I had six plated. Not the value expected for $37 for the plate. Steaks appear well prepared and reasonable for the value. Great ambience but be careful as to how one calls a shrimp a shrimp, or in the case of the chef at the Circular Dinning Room a “Prawn”! If you want outstanding lobster bisque…travel 30 minutes to the Borough of Lititz and get a bowl at the General Sutter Inn.

Ive been coming to the circular dining room for at least 30 years or more. Have our favorite waitress that we usually get most of the time. The last time we were here we could not get our favorite waitress we had to get somebody else. The waitresses served us gave us the worst service Ive ever had in this restaurant and we wanted to get drinks and we had to wait and wait and she never got back to us we had to get another waitress to get ours drinks. And when our food was brought to us she never came back to find out if everything was all right. But our meals were absolutely the most pathetic Ive ever had I wouldve had better food at McDonalds. After we went to pay our bill they asked us how things were we told him they were horrible but did anybody ever do anything no. All they care about is what tourist come in and how they can rip people off. The only thing the other waitress was really caring about if she had a big group of people and she was trying to impress them. Ive told a lot of my other friends about this they used to come here and they said they are very disappointed in the way this place is being going downhill.

Went to The Circular for the breakfast buffet this past Sunday, like we have at least 100 times before. This is the first time Im complaining but should have a long, long time ago. Everything on the buffet is first class, except the pork bacon. For a hotel and restaurant of their caliber I cant beleive how fatty and greasy the bacon is. Its almost as if they put the meat in the warming trays without draining the fat. With access to some of the finest bacon in the country, within 30 miles iof so of Hershey, youd think they could find leaner bacon. Most diners in the area serve leaner bacon. They need to find another supplier or simply enhance the grade of bacon they are buying. Also, this visit it took over 15 minutes for a server to vist out table and ask us if we wanted coffee. Not sure what that was all about.

The bartender is confused if you ask for something off menu (the waitress had to ask the manager to explain it to the bartender but she was also confused); the food was barely average, small portions and very overpriced; and the website photo is very misleading. The bar and restaurant in the photo looks warm and inviting, but in reality the room is an open area with no real ambience and the bar looks old and worn. Most of the menu was a la carte unless you get a burger so the bill rose quickly. Skip it and go to The Harvest instead

Located inside the Hershey Hotel this is a great dining experience. The Hotel alone is amazing and a must see while at Hershey. The dining room is fancy and considered fine dining. I was there for breakfast buffet and the food was plenty, good quality and well goo selection. What I found to be +1 were the staff. I would say one of the best I have seen anywhere. From the minute you walk in the building to the time you leave you are a special guest. On nice days you can enjoy the view, launching on one of the chairs on the balcony.

Thursday morning breakfast. Ordered off the menu instead of doing the $22 buffet. The breakfast potatoes tasted & felt like theyd been sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours, and Ive had far better bacon at a Waffle House. If youre all about volume of food, probably not bad. If youre approaching it assuming the price point signals some attention to quality, youll likely be disappointed. Service was attentive.

Overall it was a good meal, but I didnt feel as if it was worth the $42.50 price tag. It was a beautiful atmosphere, but I expected the food to have something more, and I still cant put my finger on what was missing. The salmon and spaetzle were fantastic and the desserts were decadent. Otherwise nothing really stuck with me as memorable.

The restaurant in terms of service and presentation is very gorgeous and luxury. As for eating Fujbath quantity few. Endowments have fried shrimp and fish fillet with the size of the text of the palm of the hand. The onion soup are very bad. Caesar salad with cutting thickness Ne

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences dining at The Circular. Great wine selection and of course desert selection. Yes, some things can be pricey but they have great food and drink in all price ranges. The Sunday brunch is amazing.
