Its a very dirty establishment it looks clean when you walk in but go into the back and behind the counter is very dirty and roach-infested. I worked there for two days and quit cause of the roaches, they were crawling on the floor, behind the equipment, on the shelves. I couldnt stand it, the employees are great really nice but I never saw anyone wash their hand or ware gloves and I watched the owner drop food on the floor pick it up and still use for a customer. I know it looks nice from the outside but it is really dirty and I would never eat there or work there again. So many people eat there and dont know whats going on.

Its been about 2 years since I last had a sandwich or hoagie from Trios. I just had the Chicken Bruschetta Wrap, which I have always enjoyed, and it was absolutely awful! Instead of Romaine lettuce they used shredded dark green iceberg lettuce leaves that I nearly choked on. And instead of actual bruschetta, they used plain, diced tomatoes. Plus the chicken was not heated through and was a little fatty! I will not be re-visiting this place any time soon! Shame, because they used to be awesome!

Used to have great cheesesteaks on seeded rolls. had one last week and it ranked as one of the worst I ever had. I never had a cheesesteak that was so fatty. It was disgusting. I understand that they have newer owners.Just a hint...cutting back on quality and raising your prices will not keep you in business, especially in an area where you are literally a stones throw from 10 other places that can make cheesesteaks.

I got 5 hoagies yesterday at Trio and I don,t think I have ever had a better experience. The women that waited on me was so nice and helpful. Trio is very blessed to have that kind of help. I will be back alot. The hoagies were delicious. Jan

Ordered 4 italian hoagies all with different things on them, screwed up every single one. All of them were dripping with oil, way TOO MUCH oil on every single one. Never will get hoagies from there again.. Sticking to Roma Deli !!
