This is the second time in 5 years Ive gotten food at this location. I feel that the other reviewers are correct about customer service at this specific location - I would agree that customers would be better off going to either the Qdoba in West Goshen Town Centre instead or go the Exton Chipotle location instead of this particular location. My food was decent. Customer service was alright/mediocre. My main issue with this location was that I had called ahead to see if I could order and pick up my food and was told they "cant take pick-up orders" over the phone (anymore?). That sounds very shady /questionable. It makes me think the employee made that up just so they wouldnt have to take the order. I also wondered: is it normal that Chipotle charges an extra $2 to put guacamole on their regular menu items? That seems a bit excessive. I have a coupon for free food, and the negative experiences Ive had there makes me feel like its a waste of time and money to go there. instead. At this point, if I want Mexican food, in the future, I think Ill stick to the authentic places in the area (Exs. El Limone, El Charro Negro - in Frazer or Mas in West Chester) or Qdoba rather than waster my time and money at this Chipotle.

Ok, i go to a ton of Chipotle restaurants throughout my travels. I eat Chipotle every day!!! This one is a total disappointment! I felt like i was stealing from them when i asked for double chicken on my burrito. I always get double chicken and it really looked like he gave me a light second scoop on purpose. They seemed very thrifty with all of their toppings. My burrito was a shell of itself as compared to most othere Chipotle. The seating is awkward and uncomfortable. I felt as if i was going to fall off my stool because it was so close to the wall. I would have sat at the window seats but the only view is a concrete wall. It gets 2 stars only because it is still a Chipotle and no matter how skimpy the meal or uncomfortable the seating is the taste is always spot on!!!

So disappointed at the obvious decline of what used to be a favorite for my family and I. We keep going since the kids like eating here so much, and it just keeps on disappointing! The service this evening was inexcusably slow - the server that helped us was rude to the point that we walked out - for the first time in my life i walked out of an eating establishment. I let the manager know what had happened, and thankfully she was apologetic, but the damage was done - i think we are finally done after this; cant say we didnt give it a number of chances, but it simply is not what it used to be. There are plenty of more authentic taco places in West Chester and newer places like SNAP Pizza where the quality of the ingredients and service are far superior. Sorry Chipotle!!

I love a great chicken quesadilla from Chipotle! I stopped by the West Chester location recently to have lunch with a friend. The food was great! The atmosphere was NOT! As we sat and ate our lunch a worker stood directly next to us sweeping for the whole duration of the time. Well, at least it felt like it! I understand the appearance of the restaurant needs to be kept up but to sweep next to someone while they eat is rude and nasty! Do better

This one black girl with tattoos and fake eye lashes is horrible. Shes always rushing the line. Also, the food isnt consistent. Sometimes the rice is over or undercooked, the meat can be over spiced too. And when they run out of things like sour cream, not a sign in sight before I stand in line for 15 mins.

I have eaten here four times and will not return. The food is consistently cold... not just room temperature, but cold. The meat, the rice, the beans all cold. Very unappetizing. Burritos and tacos should be warm or even hot, but not here. The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent, however.

Personally Ive not had a bad meal here and the service has always been fast! They do a nice job of keeping it clean - including the bathrooms. Typically a young crowd so theres better places to go if you want peace and quiet. Only drawback is that the seating is a bit close knit for the space.

This used to be my favorite Chipotle, however they have slipped recently. Visited a few weeks ago right after they opened and place was filthy from the night before, salsa crusted on counters, etc. Food still seems relatively fresh, service is mostly slow and apathetic.

The general manager was literally yelling at his employees and it made it really awkward as a customer. I told him that he shouldnt be treating his employees like that and he started to yell at me about hes still getting customers anyway so he doesnt need my money.

The worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. Took about 10 minutes to get a burrito as the employees had to search for corn. Burritos were steamed incorrectly making them chewy and wrapped incorrectly causing them to fall apart. The restaurant itself is very dirty.

Been here twice both times they didnt put my chips in the bag even though I paid for them. Didnt put the tortilla to go in the bag and when I called to let them know all they said was oh sorry you can drive all the way back here for a tortilla. Ill pass.

Horrible wait for online orders. Regardless of what time you are told to pick up your order, they will wait on people in the walk up line and have them out the door before you get your food during busy times. It is faster to go stand in line some times.

First time eating at a Chipotle and I was impressed. The food was great for a buffet style meal and didnt lack any flavour. I can not attest to the prices because it was paid for by a friend I was with.
