Me and my girlfriend went there on our first date when it was Raffinis and got the chicken finger and fries dinner. They were some of the best fingers and fries i have had, crisp and crunchy, not to greasy with great flavor and the portions were excellent and we ate there frequently. So when they changed the name and remodeled, we decided to try it out, and man were we really disappointed in the new menu and prices. We ordered the the chicken fingers, for which they now charge 10 $ for 4 with out the fries which we had to get separately, and i have to say there were just terrible. The fingers were not crispy, just some soggy breaded mess with no flavor that seemed baked in stead of fried and the fries were just plain and had no crunch or flavor as well. Needless to say after that meal, me and my girlfriend will not be going back to eat again !

My wife and I have eaten here intermittently since a friend recommended it to us a few years ago. The entrees that weve had have always been good, with generous portions and great flavor. The wait staff is attentive and courteous. Before the meal, they bring complementary fresh bread and olive oil for dipping. The prices are fair, though there are less expensive places nearby. On the whole, we tend to think of Pronto as a great place to go for special occasions. We dont stop in every week, but if we want to go someplace for a quiet anniversary dinner or something similar, Pronto ranks high on our list of options.

Im a little bit biased about this restaurant because Ive known the family for about 50 years...but that doesnt change the fact that this is a great place to eat. The people compliment the food as well as the food compliments the people...both are wonderful. I live in Upstate NY now but I stop in whenever Im in the area. Enjoy!

I was totally disappointed in the meal tonight. My wife and I been coming to Ruffins/Pronto Bistro since our first date in 2008. The build your own pasta, the pasta was really doughy, no cheese in the cheese tortellini. Tomato sauce tastes lower than Ragu sauce. No taste. Probably not coming back.

I ate there last night got the veal Marsala and a salad I never did get the garlic bread I guess I forgot it the veal was blan tasting my salad with dried out I dont know if they had is under the heat lamp sure it just dried out Will not be eating there again

Went for lunch, food was fantastic. IPAs were good bit a little pricey. Restaurant was cozy with a fireplace. Staff was pleasant & efficient. I even received a coupon upon paying. I definitely will go back. Use GPS..hard to find without.

I lost my ring there they couldnt find it, a week later they called me and said they lost my number and couldnt locate me, they tried there best and found me and retured my wedding ring back to me, the food and the Owners are the best

Its not a destination, but if you live in the area its a reliable venue for a decent meal and good drinks. A very diverse and entertaining crowd frequents this establishment, and I appreciate that.

Lobster ravioli and the pasta arabiatta sauce was very good. Meat balls were good but a little cold. Waiter Luke was very attentive and quick. A bit high in price but I like the ambiance.

Have used this restaurant for years. I have not had a meal that was unsatisfactory. I get the menu meals that are unusual. It is a pleasant place.

Classic Johnsontown favorites! Try the veal scalopine. Great for burgers and beer after a round of golf. A tradition for pasta.
