Today, 01/06/2016, I step into this restaurant at 9:25 pm we got seated , everything went ok, my buddy and me went to get some food, we saw that was pretty much empty, there was barely some food, we was ok with it, for what we was going to eat, right at 9:50 give it or take, my buddy ask for some water and the waitress told him " we are closed, we should be closed by now, theres no more water",I say to my self for real?.... We stayed there until like almost 10, we agree to pay the full price even that there was pretty much nothing on this place in working hours, around that time the same waitress started to sweep the place and I over heard that she said something on her language, Thats when I said it is enough, because I felt that she said somethi to us, o was asking her for the manager and it was like I was talking to nobody, I went to the cashier at the moment and she was like I was from another planet, like saying what are you saying, finally she got into her sense, and talk to somebody else in her language, what they told me is that the manager was out for the night, after I ask for a phone number he said that the guy she was talking to it was the owner. What kind of place will say this kind of things, we wasnt never disrespectful or anything like this to be treated like this, I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, this kind of service shouldnt be accepted in any restaurant at all!

If its less than 2 hours before closing then dont bother. We came in nearly an hour and a half before closing and almost everything was gone. Which would be fine if they brought more food out, but they never did. People kept circling and looking for something to eat but there was hardly anything left except from fish. I can understand not cooking more as it gets slower, but not an hour and a half before closing. At the very least you need to have the usual staples like lo mein, honey chicken, sesame chicken, and general tsao. They also started mopping an hour before closing and rushing people to finish. Listen, a lot of us have worked in the food industry, but if you have over 15 people in your buffet trying to eat and you dont close for over an hour, dont rush them out, and dont leave them to pick at slim remains. Paid 42 for 3 people and barely got to eat anything. This place has great food and great service during the day time so Id recommend coming then. If its after 8:00PM then do not waste your money.

When it was called Ocean Buffet, it was under a horrible management and was inconsistent in terms of good food. I came here then only because I love crawfish and clams and they have it cheap. Only reason. In all honestly would have given it two stars. Rude hostess and owners. This Chinese lady would glare at me everytime I got food (maybe b/c I got way too much crawfish..but after all...its a buffet..so...). Once the utensils had old food. Now, they changed their name to A1 and have new owners and managers. The new management is so much better!! Everyone is super nice, from the cleaning lady, waiter/waitress, to the cook. The food selection is the almost the same but cooking style is different. Tastes much better and food seems to be fresher. I believe they just changed management two weeks ago? Ive been here twice since then. Cheap good food and good management? Sign me up. Please dont change back to how it was.

Decided to stop in last night for a decent meal. What I got instead was food that seemed to be cooked so long ago it had rotted in the tray. Seriously though the egg rolls smelled of 2 day old meat sitting in the sun. This wasnt noticeable until biting into it and almost not making it to the bathroom to throw up. I would give this place minus stars if I could. The wait staff was barely par and the management didnt care when I informed of the egg rolls and even the shrimp that tasted as if it were going bad as well. Comment from the manager was "you come late, if you come earlier food is better". I will NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER step foot in this place again. The absolute worsted Chinese food experience of have ever had.

great food, great service, everything was as you expect with a buffet. lots of choices, everything hot and tasty, staff cleaned buffet table of any spills or messes as they happened. waitresses were attentive to our table taking plates away when we were finished. my only negative comment would be I wish they served alcohol beer and wine . also the hand written signs to "please dont wast the food "is a bit tacky . I understand why they would write that but it is a buffet which you go to so you can taste food you havent had before and you dont know if you will like it . cant beat the price for great food and really nice staff

First of all the place looks clean. The employees are very attentive and very polite. While I had dinner my water was never empty, the food was above expectation, well seasoned and well lit, heated and labeled. The grill is prompt and its made to please ordering any specialized from raw ingredients you might like. The dessert bar even includes cheese cake which is very rare in these buffets. I went on Memorial Day weekend and the place was half empty when I got in but as the day progressed it got much fuller. Diversity of patrons enjoying themselves while eating. Waiting staff was very assertive with refills and the bill.

I was not happy today at all!!! Most of the time they have someone on The Hibachi Grill that understands a little English in order to take your order now they have this fella who slightly understands but he still do what he wants to do theres no one there that you can complain to because they all act as though they dont understand the food was not pleasing but the service was great my family and I left filled and unsatisfied they have great pink lemonade. I believe that was our last visit

The waiter is so rude, if you didnt give them tips then they will act like you guys own them a million dollars. If you give them tips then they will give you a whole new attitude. Most the time they were mad at u because they know u not gonna give them tip so they will make a mad or bad face at u. The cashier and the person that get u guy to your set were so nice that is the only part that I like about that restaurant.

The Food was cold, it seem like it was cook early this morning I arrive there for lunch, and when I told the waiter that my food was cold she told me that I had to dig from the bottom of the pan, that was discouraging I told the lady that was at the register that the food was cold and horrible she just ask which one and I told her she never apologized or even offer me a discount Im never going again to eat there .
