As a manger at a restraunt/bar and a bartender on weekends, the bar tender was unfriendly and absolutely terrible. Clearly drinking on the job and blatantly ignoring female customers. If you want to provide good customer service you need to tend to everyone like their tipping you $100. I was ready to give her the cash in my wallet and was immediately deterred by her attitude. She looked at me with my cash and card out and immediately went to the male customers beside me. Very unfortunate. She made the drinks weaker at happy hour and as the night went on and happy hour was over, they got stronger. Very unfortunate for the establishment. Our server did great for being the only server tending to the tables in the bar area. Tipped her accordingly and offered her a job at my establishment if she ever moved to where I am The fried pickles I ordered were amazing! Worth the 7.99 I paid. The trivia was also very fun! I hate that a bad incident with the bar tender ruined my thoughts on the establishment. As a patron, drinking, I get she was busy, but her attitude and applicable intoxication ruined the customer service she could have provided.

What did I like about it? Nothing, service was piss poor. I can accept a restaurant being busy. But, this was beyond this. And, honestly by the end of my visit I just want to get my check and leave. For the first 40 mins we waited to place an order for the all you can eat wings and some beers. Didnt get our wings until 20 or so mins after that. By that time, weve all but finished our first beers, and were going order a second and probably a third round. But, our waittress just avoid our table like the plague. So, at this point we finally manage to get some waters. For our two and a half cost we each got 4 baskets of these cold wing dings and one beer. Followed by just one refill of water, and, a check. Just the service was awful. And, generally most places have a manager or a person thats Walking around asking how everythings going. I would of loved to run into this person. And, just unload about the piss poor service here. My ticket/receipt number was 80166 and I left the restaurant at 9:08 pm on 9/15/2015. I do not and will not recommend anyone coming here. It just isnt worth the aggravation.

All you can eat wings night is now buffet, and NOT made to order (like it was in the past). Also, you have a choice of only 5 sauces at the buffet. Very disappointing. Having said that, the price was on point. Only $10.95. Get what you pay for... When we arrived at the bar, the woman working day shift whom left at 5pm was amazing. She was very accommodating and I never had to wait for anything. She had 4 female replacements whom were unable to keep customer drinks current... they were too busy socializing with one another. Im very fair with my reviews and was very disappointed with my experience at Quaker Steak in Cranberry. I actually heard a couple friends rave about their wings, but I believe they were visiting the Robinson location. My experience in Cranberry was sub-par, unfortunately. Robinson is 40 min from where I live. Im giving 2 stars for the incredible effort of the afternoon waitress. Give her a raise!

This place went down hill fast, I used to visit this particular location for years a few times a year I would go with friends food was always great. One day we walked in for Wing Night because that is why we would come here and they added to the value of "All You can Eat Wings" by putting a salad/mexican bar in. That was awesome then come to find out the next visit another company had bought out Quaker Steak and Lube ok well food was still ok. This last visit we came for wing night and they took away the mexican bar still had the salad bar but had a different station wings set out for you to get served faster. I have NEVER had such cold and dried up food for $20 I will not be coming back. They also took about 20% of the flavors away too so big menu change.

What happened?! Its always been overpriced for the portion sizes, but food was good. Tonight, we paid $8 for 6 quarter wedges of fried pickles, and -worse- the fruit on a dinner salad we ordered had turned. An awkward apology from the waitress and reimbursement for the meal was given. Considering we got spoiled food, youd think the manager would have stopped by the table. I just hope the kitchen was alerted to the problem. I liked our waitress, but it was obvious she has not been trained by the management on how to handle complaints. Our salad was also brought at the same time as our meal instead before. Again, it is obvious no training has been given and no protocols put in place. Blame for our poor experience lies with management.

Its not bad food but it isnt anything to be amazed with either. Locally this used to be quite the place to go to. Nice car shells hanging over head, lots of wing flavors and beer on tap to say the least. Now after it being there for quite a while its just bottom of the barrel wings surrounded by a menu of... other stuff thats not memorable. Onion rings on an antenna is nice but not for $8. The food just isnt that good and the atmosphere is not impressive. Once you get your check you will wonder what you paid for. I will say one nice thing, the bar portion isnt bad. The prices are alright and there is a couple of TVs with what you probly want to watch. Just dont go on biker night.

I used to go to the lunch buffet at least 3 times a month with my buddy. Theyve absolutely ruined it. There used to be a pretty good length buffet with warm courses and wings that you could put whatever sauce on you wanted. Now its cut in half and only two flavors are available. And worse off its still over $11 without a drink! I inquired around and it appears they got new management. While we were there you could actually hear other people talking about it and complaining. Theres no way were going back there again as long as it stays that way. If it goes back to normal please advertise that so everyone knows.

Unfortunately you can no longer order online at this location. The last order I phoned in I had to pick it up at the bar instead of the pick up window. When I arrived my order was done and ready for pickup I was told I would have to wait for the manager to ring out the order. 10 minutes went by and it seemed the manager could have cared less. They finally had to ring me out via another method. Food temp was preferable when I arrived home but the bun for my burger looked like it was made using two bottom halves of a bun rather than a whole bun. Not sure what is going on here but service is not quite where it should be.

Worst service ever our server was horrible brought root beer for my kids with the bottle caps still on when I asked to to take them back to open them she just used her t-shirt gave us no straws my wife asked for another ice tea with lemon she came back with a glass full of ice tea with no ice and no lemon the gave no bowls to put our wings in 7 pieces of celery no carrots one container of ranch for a bucket of wings no hand whips and twizzlers at end of meal. And the hamburger my daughter ordered was over cooked and tasted horrible. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was because the wings were good
