Zero Service: Joined my gf who was already at restaurant bar having a drink. She arrived ahead of time and let the staff know that she was meeting someone for dinner and so she would wait to to order. I arrived shortly after and sat down next to her, anticipating a cold brew and a pub-food dinner. I sat patiently and watched two staff work on counting money and cleaning tables. The place was almost completely empty with exception on one senior citizen eating alone in the restautant area. Trying to be polite and give the staff a minute to finish their current task, I did not interrupt to ask for service...I waited and waited and was never acknowledged, never once asked if i wanted a drink, anything at all. Then a bunch of kids storm into the bar and ask for water. The wait staff stopped what they were doing, prepared to go cups, lids, asked if they wanted ice, the whole nine yards. I left without any service. Like i was a ghost. I understand i could have asked for a beer but i expect to be waited on...(I know, alot to ask..lol). Afterward we went to the beef jerkey outlet just to get some food, and it was great. I spoke with some store clerks at the crossings and they all said the same about this log cabin bar....So in summary, i would never recommend this joke of a restaurant to anyone. zero stars if possible.

This is for the Log Cabin Express, their food truck in the middle of the outlets. My husband and I each ordered the brisket sandwich as well as an order of boardwalk fries topped with cheese and bacon. First, when we got home I noticed we were charged too much for the sandwiches, 8.95 as opposed to 7.95 which was what was listed on the menu board. Second, the brisket used on these sandwiches was very rubbery, chewy, & had a chemical type taste to it... so much so, that neither one of us could finish our sandwiches. Third, the cheese used on the fries was more like cheese whiz and not real cheese. Lastly, the service was underwhelming... I asked for the items to be packaged to go and they were, but the sandwiches were set on the counter and I was given a bag to bag them up myself (when the fries were ready the woman repacked the bag for me, putting the fries on the bottom and the sandwiches on top causing the cheese to stick to the packaging). Overall it was a very poor experience and I will not be recommending Log Cabin, or Log Cabin Express to anyone. It was definitely not worth the $28 we paid for two sandwiches and fries.

Poor service even though there were only two other tables. We were seated for over 15 minutes before our waitress came up and asked if we were ready to order....she hadnt even given us our menus yet. There were two people working the bar, one of which was taking shots with two of the patrons(not too sure if this is legal in PA while serving alcohol?) and only one person waitressing. Overpriced food and poor choice of hard core Rap music made for a horrible experience for me and my family. We get more food for less at Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster. The steak my wife ordered was well done(burnt on the outside) instead of the Medium Rare she ordered. They did remove the steak from our bill, but no offer to recook a new steak. I had the ribs that werent the worst I have ever had, but pretty close. The chicken fingers and fries my kids had were just fine. Overall this was a very poor experience and I would definately not recommend this place for families. Maybe as a bar it would be fine.

Seated quickly, waitress came right away (her name was Kelly and she was friendly) and got drinks within a few minutes. Took a while for the waitress to come back so we ordered our food and appetizer at the same time. They came out shortly and were very good, but then took nearly forever to get our food. While waiting one of the waitresses took food on a skillet to a table which filled the air and had everyone coughing and sneezing in the entire restaurant from the spices. Turkey burger was dry, and Mac and cheese was kinda bland. Seemed like a clean place but wasnt impressed by the timeliness of service. I dont believe I would recommend this place because unless we were ordering the "wrong things" it was overpriced for the quality. Also Ive never heard of a place "not having water available" so you have to buy a $2 bottled water...absolutely ridiculous!

Pretty bad experience. A couple of the worst examples from our table was my son ordered the foot long hot dog which resembled a shriveled up dog from a convenience store. I ordered what was apparently a Rib Eye steak, looked freezer burnt, overcooked, and flavorless. The "seasonal vegetables" were clearly from a bag of frozen vegetables steamed to the point of having no flavour. Food came out luke warm which was concerning since there were only 3 other tables seated. A/C in the place was going full tilt leaving us absolutely freezing. We were just so hungry just from travelling we decided to eat it anyways and just get on our way as fast as possible. Pricing was very high, ~$23 USD steak and you serve that? No thanks again. Wait staff was kind enough but sorry, wont be back or recommend.

I went there today with a friend. Had 2 waters (not bottled) ordered to salads with salmon and my bill was $36 bucks. And the salmon was so over cooked and the lettuce left like sand in our mouths from not being washed properly. I should have complained while there. However I own a similar business. So I really do not like to complain. I called after I left because it really hit me. And was told the owner would call back. The guy also told me the price of the salad with salmon and thats not what I was charged! I still havent heard a word from them.

The only thing good about this place was the beer. It took 15 minutes to get seated. After being seated the waitress came over promptly and took my drink order, and she came back shortly for my food order. It was all down hill from there. Ordered 4 pounds of Wings for $27.99 (4 wing flavors). 2 of the 4 orders were ice cold as if they took the wings out of the freezer and threw sauce on them. I returned the cold wings they werent replaced with new wings they were simply reheated. At this point Id had enough I simply paid the bill and left.

Specials from the website were not offered when I asked what specials they had. Seemed friendly at first but the two people working mostly stayed in the back (out of site). Food was good rather pricey, should have been better for the price. I probably would not return if I lived in this area. The person serving me drinks kept saying " The old place I worked at served this but we dont have it here the GM is not doing a very good job" There was only one table that had guests aside from my buddy and I, we sat at the bar.

My burger was delicious, but some of our food seemed to be a bit old. The mashed potatoes, for example, tasted lile they were a couple of days old. The salad came waaay before the rest of the food; and there was a constant confusion over what we ordered. My mother did not appreciate the fact they had bacon in the potatoes (which they did not inform her of. Shes jewish and does not eat pork). Once the food came, it was amazing! Worth the wait. Four stars mostly because it wont let me give it 4 and a half.
