Not being a local, and after hearing many good things about the Pocono Cheesecake Factory, I knew it was one the places to stop while in the Poconos. I stopped in on Good Friday, and since I am the person who always bring dessert for our Easter dinner, I was prepared to buy no less than 3 whole cheesecakes. After waiting about 15 minutes, (which I anticipated considering the day) it was my turn. I told the clerk I wanted one whole plain cheesecake and asked to taste the chocolate and the peanut butter swirl. The clerk then informed me that they do not give samples!! At $40.00 each I was not about to spend at least $120.00 to have my family be disappointed at Easter. What a disappointment that a place whos only product (for the most part) is cheesecake wont let you taste before buying. I thought they would have had a little more class. Ill never go back.

Staff was courteous and efficient. They handled the rush that came in right behind us very well. Everyone was served quickly and they got the orders correct. I had the cheesecake with blueberry topping and it was wonderful. Fresh cheesecake with a good thick blueberry topping which was not too syrupy sweet. Id give it 5 stars alone. My friend ordered an ice cream sandwich made with chocolate chip cookie and was very happy with it. I also ordered the ice cream sandwich but, made with an oatmeal cookie. Maybe its not as popular of an item because the cookie was freezer burnt. That was the only negative in an otherwise enjoyable visit. We will definitely stop in again for cheesecake when we are in the area.

This is not The Cheese cake Factory reataurant, I would clarify that, this is an small bakery located at the Pocono mountain . this is a local cheese cake Factory because they make the best creamy cheese cake !! Very delicious its taste so so good and for diabetics they have sugar free !!! Its taste normal I like it too.when you travel to the Pocono give a try .

Well, lets start with the fact that they charge over $40 for a cheesecake. Second, no crust. Third, they are very short, about 1.5 inches high. Fourth, you can buy a slice which is 1/4 the size that you are served in a restaurant for $5. And lastly, they refuse to give you a sample before you buy.

The cheesecakes here suck. You get a better flavor from Juniors frozen cheesecake. First off they have no bathrooms for the public to use. Service is snotty not friendly. Will not be returning. They are clean but service is with no smile. And its expensive a small sliver is $5 not worth it.

half of a cheesecake was about $18 with a coupon, only the top 1/8" had the flavor, the rest was plain cheesecake, and even that was bland. From CT, have had much better cheesecake from local diners.

Good cheesecakes!! Price is higher than getting a cheesecake at a retail store. You know the old saying you get what you pay!!! If you want high quality cheesecake this is the place for you.
