Authentic, homemade-from-scratch Lebanese food served by a family that treats you like one of their own. Youll be hard-pressed to find a better meal in Skippack. My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday night. There was a large party in the main dining room, so the hostess offered us a table outside, but let us know that food would take a little longer. We sat down and sipped on some delicious Arabic coffee (not Turkish...theres a difference) while eating some pita and olive oil. Once the kitchen was ready for us, we ordered the falafel platter and kafta platter. Took a little while to come out, as we found out that everything is made from scratch. When the food finally came out, it was absolutely worth it. Presentation was beautiful, the portions were hefty, and the flavor was exceptional. Ive had plenty of homemade Lebanese food in my lifetime, and this was some of the best falafel and kafta Ive ever had. Over the course of the night, we learned that the restaurant is truly a family operation. Dad runs the kitchen, mom runs the front of the house, and the daughters wait tables. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and it added to the "homey" atmosphere. Closed out the night with some dessert to go (get the namoura...youll thank me later), and promptly fell into a food coma when we got home. This will be a regular stop for my wife and I when we move to our new home down the road. It should be for you to.

Had dinner here on Saturday. There were 4 of us and we each ordered a different entree: shrimp, salmon, rainbow trout, and chicken. We also tried the hummus and the chicken & chick pea soup as well as 2 desserts, rice pudding and chocolate orange cake. Wow! Everything was absolutely delicious and so fresh! Even my picky husband who is not too keen on certain spices really loved every dish. We will definitely be coming here again and cant wait to try some of the other items on the menu. The service was wonderful too, and the prices are very reasonable.

gosh, what a great restaurant! service was very attentive and considerate, the food was especially delicious, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. highlights included the mousaka, grape leaves, and falafel. the owner made a point to greet us and follow up after our meal, to ensure everything was taken care of. thanks for a wonderful meal!

Do not typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to. We had an absolute amazing dinner tonight. One of the best, most authentic meals I have ever had. Family owned and run completely. They take a lot of pride in their food. We will certainly be back very soon. Thank you!

Daraya has a great menu with lots of variety: Mediterranean platters and sandwiches, burgers, Italian dishes and fish (my favorite). We have been there several times and the food has always been fresh and delicious. The staff has always been friendly and attentive.
