My experience was great. The cashier was very nice, and when our food was a tad bit undercooked he gladly took the money back. Great food and experience. These cooks know what they are doing, they made the best Chinese food I have tasted in the East Coast. I would gladly recommend this restaraunt to anyone. Even if you dont live in King of Prussia, PA take a flight over here and try thto food. Amazing. I am speechless. Five stars is not enough I would give them six if there was such a thing. We went at 10:00 and with 13 people and food was great at that quantity. The chicken in every dish was cooked to perfection. These chefs deserve more than what we gave them. They are world class. The restaraunt was great too. Seating was abundant. Each table came with a spoon and fork, and soy sauce. There was a nice HD tv to watch while we ate. The waiters and cooks did not disturb us, and we had a great time. Writing this review is only doing China Wok a small favor. They did us a big favor by serving us hot food when most restaraunt would be closed. I live in Virginia. I will never forget china wok. I would come to visit as much as I can. Please support china wok, the restaraunt really deserves it. If you have the chance please go. They only accept cash, but no amount of cash is enough for the world class foood they serve. Audrey is the coolest... If you are going to spend money on Chinese then she is the most deserving recipiant. Not only is she one of the nicest people I have ever have came across, the food is also top notch for a chinese "take out" place. They recently renovated, so the dine in is nice as well and the buffet is killer (pepper chicken yes please). I have to say, I know when Chinese is good and when it is bad, and i have NEVER gotten a bad batch here.. I wont go anywhere else because I am VERY picky when it comes to Chinese, so i dont even risk it in the n town area.. put it that way. my only complaint is that i no longer feel as special as the other reviews also say she gives them a free item and remembers them by name too.. i thought i was special (kidding) GO HERE and im sorry but i just read Phams review.. what did you think you were going to walk through the door and teleport to China? come on, what else would it be other then "American Chinese food" that might have been the most ridiculous comment I have ever read. ALL chinese take outs are american chinese. Wow, talk about a disconnect... and you didnt even put a suggestion as to what is better.. WEAK

This seems to be a little hole in the wall (mall?) place for college students or landscaping contractors or pensioners who dont get out of Eagleville that often. I tried it as an experiment and because of the word, "buffet," but I sorely regret it. Even though the staff members were well-behaved, the food was so disgusting that I would never return--and it usually takes a lot for me to say that. Most of the dishes were some sort of fried breaded chicken with different-shaded brown sauces with some tired-looking vegetables thrown in. It was the worst chinese food Ive ever had the misfortune of eating. There was one small table of about 10 dishes, almost all of which looked like they had been sitting under the heat lamps too long. The obviously canned fruit cocktail and thawed sheet cakes, needless to say, went untouched.

Always great food and service, the lady at the counter is sweet and always gives us a free treat. I try to tip her every time I come in, but she keeps turning me down so Im writing a review because I feel like they deserve it. I called in my order and it was ready by the time I got there(I live ten minutes away) and the food was great, even though we ordered just a few minutes before they were about to close. The shrimp egg rolls were wonderful, the shrimp inside them was very fresh and perfectly cooked; definitely did not taste like the frozen kinds. Ive had bad freezer shrimp before, and I know the difference. Thank you so much for your good service! The food we order always lasts us a few days too and the price is very good for the amount of food we get.

(FYI: Cash Only) Always a great place to get some good Chinese food at a reasonable price. The owner Audrey is very friendly and nice to everyone and will remember your name and even your preferences. This place can get extremely busy/packed especially on the weekend and even sometimes during the week. Calling ahead is recommended. Additionally dining in for either lunch/dinner is a good deal between price and quantity/quality. Definitely recommended if your in the area. CASH ONLY is the only negative. I can totally understand why credit cards arent accepted but it can be annoying once in a while but is a minor grievance at best. Still a solid choice for Chinese food and great/friendly service.

I love this place. 1) They have fantastic customer service. Im horrible with names but the chick that handles the front end of the restaurant remembered my name after meeting me once. She seems to remember the name of all her customers. 2) The food is excellent. Ive ordered Singapore Noodles, Drunken Noodles, Pineapple Chicken, Orange or Tangerine Chicken(cant remember which), Mooshu pancakes, chicken w/cashew nuts. 3) They occasionally surprise you with a free appetizer that is always tasty. Whenever I go here, I feel like they "take good care of me." Its kind of like going to a great beauty salon where you keep returning because you feel pampered.

I liked the food, since it was alright. One dish turned out much more differently than the picture, which was expected. The thing that frustrated me the most was the service. When our family came in and ordered, we were told that the wait would only be 10 minutes. We waited a little. After a while, a patron came in and also ordered takeout. They received their food and paid before us. Another customer came in, ordered, and was served. And another. More than 4 people were served before we were even acknowledged. In total, we had to wait more than 30 minutes to receive our food. Other than that, it was an okay experience. Probably am not going back.

This rating is not for the food because I didnt even get s chance to eat here. However, I did manage to have a bad experience. they only accept cash. thats what I was told. I asked if their credit card machine was down, she repeated and said they only accept cash. I didnt have cash so i left and settled for McDonalds. I go to the drive through of McDonalds, low and behold, the same young lady who refused me at the china wok counter was driving up to get some McDonalds. IRONIC. even more so, when you walk in china wok, the door has a Yelp sticker. I will be sure to leave feedback there too.

This place is way more than just an amazing Chinese restaurant; it strives to be a part of its community. Every time I go in to pick up my food, I am greeted with a smile and exemplary customer service. Not to mention, the food is AMAZING. Even though the restaurant only accepts cash, I gladly go out of my way to take out money - thats how much my wife and I love it here. Its constantly at the top of my list when recommending Chinese food restaurants to locals and out-of-towners alike. They have made a life-long repeat customer out of me!
