I went here today my sister and I placed an order for 1 Italian hoagie with NO ONIONS 2 lam giarros and two slices of plain pizza. She never said with onions I was nxt to my sister when she said no onions. We went to pick up the food and when I got home to open the hoagie it had onions Ive always been allergic to onions. My sister is 17 years old and never every forgotten to say that. Never had and issue any where else till. I called the manager and he said we made and ordered w onions when she especially said no onions my sister had ordered enough hoagies and othe items from there to remember and know that the menu says it comes w it unless asked other wise. He couldnt even take the hoagie (untouched) and switch it for one that didnt have onions. I find it very rude he didnt care to switch out one thing because on the end it matter it matter if I come back right? They must be really tight on money.

I always order pizza and hoagies from here. Theyre the only place that uses fresh garlic cloves and when I say "extra" they load it up! Unlike any other place, the sauce is the best, the cheeses are noticeably high quality and always fresh, and again, fresh chunks of garlic! Ive been a Sellersville resident for 20years, the Pizza Pub is, by far, makes the best Italian food than any where else. And, the people are very friendly, a genuinely happy and talented crew. Btw, I just had the best calzone ever! Always, money well spent! MWAH!!

Plenty of other places to eat that have good customer service in the local area. "Italian" food served here is a joke, understand that a true Italian hoagie is full of great meats and excellent cheese with spices and flavor. You get what you pay for here. This place is selling you a Dutch country hoagie with the Italian name on it. Coming from an Italian myself, trust me. And to top it off, the current manager has poor customer service.

No where does it say this is a smoking place or that you have to be 18 or older to eat in. Went tonight to eat in for wing night and got told to leave cause toddlers werent allowed. Really maybe you should put that up somewhere so we know not to waste our gas. The woman were rude. When we tried to order wings in the take out area they told us we have to dine in to get the deal. People are rude here and they just lost customers.

This place is horrible the food is lousy I wouldent feed this to my dog and the customer service is even worse they dont care if your order is wrong and have little kids answer the phone when they do answer they hang up or put you on hold never ordering here again

I frequently have take-out from here. Ive never had a problem with service, they have given us new food if an order is messed up. The food is very good. Veggie Stromboli is perfect.
